“I'm not sure why this post office has such a low rating. I have been served at this particular post office for years, and their service is amazing. The demographics in which they serve they're very patient, they do the best they can because it's also very busy most of the time. They are always smiling and they treat everyone as though they are the only customer. I've never seen them show favoritism. Just not sure why the ratings are low. Is there something needed and it is not in their power to fix it they lead you to the proper place of service.
I think sometimes that customers should reflect on their own behavior before they judge our service people. We as customers can sometimes truly be a pain in the butt! No patience and totally inconsiderate, especially at this time of the year. That is the holiday season. In my book you guys get a five star. Keep smiling and do what you do!”
