“I'm not sure why this post office has such a low rating. I have been served at this particular post office for years, and their service is amazing. The demographics in which they serve they're very patient, they do the best they can because it's also very busy most of the time. They are always smiling and they treat everyone as though they are the only customer. I've never seen them show favoritism. Just not sure why the ratings are low. Is there something needed and it is not in their power to fix it they lead you to the proper place of service.
I think sometimes that customers should reflect on their own behavior before they judge our service people. We as customers can sometimes truly be a pain in the butt! No patience and totally inconsiderate, especially at this time of the year. That is the holiday season. In my book you guys get a five star. Keep smiling and do what you do!”

“So Had an Appointment on April 18 for 4 ppl to get our passports our appointment were 9:00 9:15 9:30 9:45 when we went In JAY took care of us very fast all 4 of us were done ,and at a near by restaurant by 10:10 am As All our Passports papers were filled out and we had brought our Passport photos so it was Easy Piezy For Jay , He was Very polite and great since of Humor , He explained the process and length of time it would take 4-6 weeks as we knew upon reading Government Passport Website,
That postal office was so very small and quint only 2 spots for employees to work , It was so nice in there , He made this whole Important Task so easy , the afternoon day befor he did call to say passport Camera was down so lucky for us 4 we had taken our Photos at Walgreens and CVS
So Thanks Jay and Deleon Springs a Great Stress Free experience. PS we received our passports exactly 14 days later not 4-6 weeks And No we Did Not expedite our passport. 5 Stars ⭐ to Jay”
