Do not bring your animals here!! First time here and never again! The doctor is not professional. He was extremely rude and sarcastic!! It bothered him when I asked him questions. They overcharge.poor customer service!

We are so beyond happy with AA vet! We have 4 English bulldogs and they take amazing care of all of them! I had a urgent situation with our oldest & called and they got me in within an hour! VERY HAPPY!!

I wish I could give 0 stars, but I can't. Worst vet ever. read all of the negative reviews, and they all pretty much say the exact same thing. Worst customer service, bedside manner of any vet ever. The vet himself is extremely rude and acts like he doesn't like animals and likes people even less. The negative reviews all say the same thing. We will not be going back unless it's an emergency and they are the only one open, which is why we went today in the first place (Saturday). They also way overcharge for their medications. There are plenty of other options, so we will be going elsewhere.

Love this place. They have an awesome staff. I like the vet too. He cares about his patients and doesn't try to upsell you on stuff you don't need. Respect ?

If I could give no stars at all, I would. Highly disappointed. I should had read the truthful reviews but I did not. They were the most rude people I have encountered in this industry. They were rude from the moment I made the apt for my 2 dogs and my cat. I ended up making the apt only for my dogs because the recepcionist made me so angry by the way she spoke to me. I continued to make the apt hoping that the doctor would provide me with a better experience, and I could overlook the awful phone customer service. WRONG!!! Everyone was absolutely rude to me, my son and my fur babies. The apt was at 4 pm and I was out by 4:12 pm. It was an express visit. I am not sure if they even liked dogs. The doctor was sarcastic when I asked a question. . And he acted scared of one of my dogs (maybe because my dog is a pitbull) My dog is a sweet baby btw. I learned my lesson. I will just keep looking for a vet office that has caring staff.

I am so upset with this doctor just so disrespectful my husband was on the phone with me because our dog has been experiencing symptoms and I felt he needed to go to the vet . This doctor walked in and just started talking about the dog at the same time I was talking on the phone so my husband said hold on a minute the doctor just walked in . Know when your ready to talk my husband was like sir I’m ready I was just telling my wife hold on the doctor said let me know when your ready to talk don’t waste my time their is other vets then charged us a whole bunch of extra money when the visit and tests were suppose to be a certain amount . Just very unprofessional & if you have a fur baby that you love and want to seek proper care for I WOULD GO TO ANOTHER VET ASAP DO NOT GO HERE just horrible . Never again I understand people have bad days but you are at work and you have a job to do don’t take it out on other people just because you have a personal issue

Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced they want to argue 8 week old puppy birth days apparently they are the only vet that the day they are born doesn’t count
As a breeder I’m floored by the fact they insist on bringing your whole litter into the exam room and putting them on the floor to run around that should be the first thing they teach you in veterinary school the spread of disease……

My Mom and I bring her Pom here. We love the Dr, assistants and everyone who works there. They are very kind to our Jesse and us. I would highly recommend them.
