“Though it took a little longer than I thought it would, my car ended up getting fixed very nicely. Shannon and his shop did an awesome job. I appreciated Shannon's communication and openness with me and he was very helpful and communicative throughout the process. If you have any concerns with insurance problems with a car accident, I 100% recommend this place they will help you get everything handled on fixing your car and on the insurance side as well.”
“Shoutout to Daniel! Best experience I’ve ever had at an automotive shop. Brought my M440i in after another shop tried their best…and that’s all I’ll say about that. These guys took one look at it, actually fixed it the right way, and did it all in one day. On top of that, I had requested a simple oil change. They didn’t have the filter in stock, so they got it ordered and delivered the same day to get it taken care of.
Awesome to work with, super transparent, kept me in the loop the whole time, and didn’t try to pull any shenanigans. As a sales guy myself, I’ve gotta say the service here is top notch and genuinely rare these days.
At this point, I don’t think I can take my cars anywhere else. It’s a trap…but the best kind of trap. Highly recommend! I’ll just add — although their prices may be a smidge higher than some other shops, I would have saved far more cash if I had just come to Ostar to begin with. They’re well worth the investment.”
“Felix and Angel did an awesome job resolving the complex A.C issues on my 2015 Mazda 6. They stayed committed to my car and I beyond the point of most shops. I truly appreciate their integrity in taking care of their customers!”
“Slim is respectful, honest, fabulous mechanic- if he finds something you're unaware of he will let you know ... saved me over $100 on a brake job! He will be getting ALL of my business! Thanks Slim ❣”
“Fantastic shop. Upfront and honest about pricing and time. They never upsell you on things you don't need. I completely trust them when I drop off my cars.”
“Needed to have driver side mirror replaced. $50 to replace (I bought mirror online). Did it while I waited, about 20 minutes. Would have given 5 starts, but didn't take credit/debit card, only cash or online payments. Went up the road to Winn-Dixie to use ATM.”
“I have taken my vehicle here several times and wanted to wait before leaving a review here is my input. This place is very professional, I have never had any issues the price in my own opinion is very reasonable I have been to other shops that are extremely expensive.”
