“I recently had the pleasure of visiting Gus's tire services for a tire patch and 2 new tires installed and I can confidently say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. Unfortunately (for me) in the past 2 weeks I've had 3 flat tires on my Honda Civic. Probably had the worst luck of my life in the past 2 weeks but I digress.From start to finish, they displayed a level of service that exceeded my expectations in every way.First and foremost, their speed and efficiency were remarkable. I walked in with my first tire issue and was promptly attended to. The tire patching process was completed quickly, allowing me to get back on the road in no time. Their dedication to timely service really made a difference for me since I was in a rush to get back to work and on my lunch break.Unfortunately over the past 2 weeks, 2 of my tires had nails in the sidewalls and couldn't be patched. Each time I had an issue, I went back here to see what could be done based on their assessment. I'm sure they got tired of seeing me so many times within the 2 weeks but each time the employees outside were always friendly and joking with me about the terrible luck I'd been having for my tire issues (the employees here are fantastic and we definitely had a good time laughing about it)The affordability of their services was a pleasant surprise.
