On February 3rd 2023 I brought my Subaru to the dealership because of a recall notice I got in the mail. The part in question was replaced by the service department in a very timely manner. I was very satisfied with this dealership. I have been going to this dealership for many years and I have never been disappointed with the sales or service departments.

On oct. 3rd 23 I brought my 2023 Ascent in for its first service. I was totally impressed and very satisfied with how quickly my Ascent was serviced. I was in and out of the service department within 30 minutes which was outstanding!! I would recommend this Subaru dealership and service department to everyone.
Today (10-24-24) I brought my 2023 Ascent to the North Orlando Subaru dealership for service. Again I was very impressed on how fast my service was completed. I have always been very satisfied using this dealership which is why I continue to go back. I will always use this dealership for any future service or sale needs.
On 4-25-25 I had my 2023 Ascent serviced at North Orlando Subaru and again I was very satisfied. Even though it was busy there I was in and out in less than an hour. I continue to go back to this dealership because they always do a great job. ?
On 11-16-25 I tried to start my Ascent and discovered that my battery was dead. Being it was Sunday I knew the service department was closed so I talked with salesman Jordan who gave me some great advice on unlocking my vehicle. I had a battery charger I charged the battery enough to start the engine. On 11-17-25 I went to my Subaru dealer and met service specialist Jason who checked out the battery and said it was a bad battery and replaced it with a new battery. I give 5 stars to both men because they were extremely helpful. Thank you both!!!!”

“I had some issues with my transmission slipping a little. I had went to another place I caught lying to me about what needed to be done after they said they changed my fluid. I then started searching for an honest mechanic. What I 1st found was a bunch that charged an outrageous inspection fee from $150 to over $250. I was discouraged until a friend recommended CMC. From the very beginning they were up front and honest and their inspection fee was very reasonable to diagnose my problem. After their diagnoses they explained what my problem was and gave me a price that was fair to fix it. They kept me updated the entire process. My car now runs great. They fixed the issue before it cost me my Transmission. Water was leaking into my transmission from the transmission cooler and filter. Now it is running great thanks to Jason and his team at CMC Automotive. They got a customer for life and I'll refer them any chance I get. They have honesty and integrity, two things that are hard to find these days.”

“BCM Garage x Flecha Performance is the best combo you could ask for your performance needs and OEM plus style. My experience working with them has been very simple and professional. They are very knowledgeable, which gives me confidence in letting them work on and tune my 07 350z HR Top Mounted single turbo. I highly recommend these guys! (I can’t say that often as I usually do not trust mechanics with modified cars)
When I bought the car, I brought it in to get tuned. They started with a thorough inspection/diagnosis to ensure it was tune ready. They discovered that the car had the classic idle relearn issue on the 07 350z ECU which was causing the AFR to lean out. (Previous owner did this intentionally to work around the surging idle). Because of their invaluable knowledge, they knew to update the ROM to the 08 ROM which fixed the idled relearn issue. Also, they noted the car was losing fuel pressure in the high rev ranges.
They also recommended various upgrades to make sure the engine would run heathy on the tune. I love their level of transparency, instead of tuning it to make a quick buck knowing it may cause catastrophic failure. These upgrades included bigger injectors, bigger fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, a proper catch can setup, as well as modified the fuel hangar setup, re-soldered 2 wires at the pins, replaced the pump fuel sock and some seals, upgraded MAF sensors and even cleaned up the vacuum lines that made it look like a bird’s nest under the hood.
Because of their professionalism and knowledge, they were also able to fix the fuel pressure drop and got the car dialed in THE PROPER WAY.
They tuned it and the car dyno’d at 557whp @11psi of boost. I couldn’t be happier with their tremendous work and I’m looking forward to taking it back to them again to continue to upgrade my Z and squeeze out some additional power. Thank you BCM Garage and Flecha performance. I’m so glad I’ve found the trusted professionals to bring my car to and I wouldn’t take it to anyone else. 11 out of 10 recommend. ???”
