My daughter's battery was dead at the Debary Sunrail, train station… We went to jump her car and it was blocked in by vehicles on all sides… We popped into the AutoZone in Debary and Cisco helped us. He loaned us a portable car battery jumper and told us to bring the car back to AutoZone and they would test the battery. We jumped the car and got back to the AutoZone within 10 minutes. Cisco tested the battery and it was definitely dead… He checked the date to see if it was still under warranty, unfortunately it was not. We purchased a new battery and he changed it out for us and we were out of there in about 15 minutes.
This was our first time at this AutoZone and they made two new customers!!

On March 16th 2024. I had a problem with my car. I thought it was the battery giving me problems and I drove in to the Auto Zone near me to see if I could get my battery replaced. The service manager a young lady named Kate was the one who assisted me. She searched for the battery and they did not have the battery in stock . So she went ahead a called the location near my home to see if they had it. In which they did and had them hold it for me. But this is not the part I was surprised by , When I went out to my car to start it. It would not start . She came out and tried to jump start my car and it would not start . Come to find out it was actually the starter that was bad. I was stranded there with my family and Kate had offered to assist me in getting the starter. When we checked they did not have the starter in house. She checked in all the other stores in the area and it seemed that the only location that had them were in Orlando and she would not have it available till Monday. Here is the part that got me she saw that my family and I were stranded at the store with no way of getting home. She went above and beyond and called the competitor to see if they had the starter and not only did she have them hold the starter for me she actually was at the end of her shift and offered to take me to get the part. I would have bought the part form her all day but they did not have it. She was very generous in taking me to go get the part and not only did she help us in getting the part she actually assisted me in getting it installed. This is the definition of going above and beyond for a customer and I greatly appreciate her for assisting us and how humble she was. She is definitely a great example of what great service is all about. She has earned a faithful customer. Again Kate thank you for all you did for me and my family. God Bless You.

The staff helped me figure out what was wrong with my SUV and I got the parts and fixed it myself with the help of the AutoZone database. I will day though I have noticed that most of the staff I have spoken to is not very knowledgeable about vehicles. However, we put our heads together and outside resources and got the problem fixed..

Y'all know what?....This is the best AutoZone I've ever been to. Came in looking to get a air filter but wasn't sure which one to get. Katie helped me get through it and even helped me discovered I also needed to change the cabin filter which looked really gross and worn out. Omg she's so knowledgeable! She even told me about the rewards y'all offer which I never knew about.
Please don't go anywhere else, just go to this AutoZone. They are the best and everyone looks really happy here in this location.
I'm so impressed with your service Katie. Keep it up!

This place rarely lets me down. They have a fair variety of parts and supplies, with helpful knowledgeable staff. They also offer install and test service of parts purchased.

I just got back to Florida from North Carolina visiting my dad who was in ICU and literally the next day my car started acting up and wouldn't run correctly.. I went to AutoZone and had The gentleman there run a code.. They found out what the issue was and also went above and beyond to help me fix the issue so that I could pull back out of AutoZone with my car running correctly.. when I tell you these gentlemen went above and beyond they definitely DID and I cannot be any more grateful for their kindness and professionalism!! Thank you Cisco & Shawn from the DeBary Auto Zone store!!! Thank you guys for the wonderful customer service!! ❤️? I would definitely come see them anytime I have any issues with my vehicle.

Kate was extremely helpful .taillights would not get bright when brake pressed . She came outside and helped me figure it out one bulb at a time . Truly appreciate her patience a willingness to help me figure it out . Thankful she was able to figure out the problem and it works perfect now . Thank you Kate appreciate your help.
