This is the second vehicle I have purchsed through Beats Auto. Ricardo is straight forward and honest. (Very hard to find in the retail auto business.) Just purchased a 2019 Dodge Ram pickup from Beats. Whole process was flawless. Ricardo was candid and honest as to vehicle condition and pricing. Not the typical used car salesman I'm used to. Vehicle was made available to me for inspection and testing pre-purchase. I highly recommend Beats! Will use Beats again for my next car. Love my truck.

Ricardo was such a a gentleman and pleasure to deal with it. He was very prompt in all communications and the car was exactly as described. Priced below market value, sent complete car fax ahead of time, and even met us off hours on a Sunday morning. If you're looking for a vehicle I highly recommend dealing Ricardo.

Mr. Santiago, the owner of this business is so professional and operate his business in a respectful manner. I had the privilege to conduct business with him through a cash sale of a vehicle and he was so thorough and informative about the entire process. I just bought my 2002 Lexus in Beats Auto.
Love the car, it runs well with fair price.
Rick was very kind and honest, all I had to do was hand him the money, and everything was done. Highly recommend considering beats auto if you are looking for a nice reliable car with fair price!

What a refreshing experience! No slimy salesman that tries to con and take advantage of you. The prices are very fair and he's upfront and honest about the vehicle. I had some issues with getting my registration transferred and they went out of the way to help me. I've already recommended them to several friends. What a great experience!

Made an appointment with Rick, we arrived about a half hour early. He was already there. Before taking the 2 hour drive he was up front and honest from the get go. Prices his vehicles to sell. When we arrived the car was exactly as described. Was not pushy at all. 5 star for sure. We will be a repeat customer for sure.

If you feel i threatened you i offer my apologies, i most certainly did not attend to do that. I waited almost 2 weeks to hear back from you, but I never did. I to wanted to try to remedy this problem. The warranty company said the problems were pre-existing, so I canceled the policy. I would be happy too talk with you.again, my apologies.
