I have been coming to this store for years since I live less than 2 miles away, sure, it’s chaos compared to most dollar trees all the time, however, yesterday was my very last time visiting any dollar tree after the way I was treated.
I got all my items and was at the register and started to notice all my items were $1.50. I asked the guy who was at the register why everything was ringing up to $1.50. He said “some things have gone up in price.” I stayed quiet. He proceeded to ring up the items and every item was $1.50, so I told him
“Your store should put the amount of the item above the item.” Right then a guy who was by the register starts screaming and waving his arms around “prices are everywhere!” At this point, I have no idea who he is. While he continues to waive his arms. I said to him “I don’t see any signs, can you show me? And there is no need to scream, I’m a human, you can simply speak to me.” He screams “I’m not screaming and I just showed you!” I said “sir, all you did was waive your arms around and scream. I have not seen anything you are talking about.” He then screams “I’m so tired of you guys, always saying you don’t see prices!” I said “who is you guys? I’m just one person asking a simple question.” He screams again “you know who you guys are!” And I said “I do not know who “you guys” are will you please tell me?” He screams again “you guys who come here all rude.” I said “again, I am one person, not a you guys and I think if I’m asking a simple question I should get an answer. I’m not being rude, I am asking a question.” He then screams again “I’m done with you, have a nice day.” I said “sorry, you’re done with me? I’m still wondering about the prices.” He then starts going really quickly through the store, I can’t keep up, pointing at long signs that at the very bottom of the long signs say “unless marked otherwise everything is $1.50.” I said “sir, I can’t keep up with you.” Hes still screaming “I showed you, now I’m done with you, have a nice day.” The lady behind me says “he just kicked you out and he is so rude.” I asked for his name, he ignored me. I then asked the cashier and he said “Kevin.” I still don’t know if that was his real name. I said “I will be writing a review.” He screams “please do, I’m done with you guys, have a nice day.” I said “I’m still wondering my who “you guys” are?” The lady behind me checked out said “you are a very rude man and very stupid.”
I left and I will never touch another one of your stores. I would rather pay more than ever have anyone treat me so horribly. I gave one star because I could not give zero stars.

The new staff that they have working these registers are rude, not personable at all and one the other day when I came in the cashier was to busy eating her chips while I’m standing there waiting for her to acknowledge me and cash me out. And the manager was standing to the side speaking with another guest about a gift card issue and the cashier had no sense of acknowledgment for the people standing in line today same cashier can’t even greet you say hello as she cashes you out or anything. I guess I will drive to another location for now on

An ABSOLUTE DISASTER OF EPIC PROPORTIONS!!
The isles are a total & complete disaster and you CAN NOT GET A WHEELCHAIR through them! Had to go to another store! U CAN'T even get a cart through the isles! IF YOU CAN get down an isle u can't get to anything because there's so many boxes blocking EVERYTHING and merchandise is all over the floor!
Have no clue how they pass a fire inspection! I've been to several different dollar trees and I just can't even put into words how BAD THIS 1 IS! If they opened the doors during a hurricane it wld look btr

This store is always a mess and very unorganized. The manager rude to the employees on a couple times I have been there. The boxes are always blocking everything in the rows and to find what you want as a customer you have go through the stock boxes. Seems like a very poorly ran store.

They were like every other dollar tree except that they didn't have a lot of stuff that other dollar trees have and they had a lot of boxes everywhere.

Staff not friendly . Store is so messy. And customer service sucks . Harder to return things at dollar tree in general even you have the receipt and tags still attached on items. They pressure you on getting something else instead of refunding your original payment method. Just didn’t get the friendly vibe at this store.

Simple and uncomplicated like most Dollar trees this one has a good variety of different things even though it is a smaller store. Especially when it comes to seasonal items
