My father waited 5 hours for transport home from the hospital. Com 1st care was notified at noon that he needed transport: he was discharged at 3:30& did not get picked up until 8pm!! He’s handicap and this completely unfair. Because this was an insurance paid ride vs. out of pocket. Anytime we schedule to pay for transport takes 2hours. Very disappointed.

On 09/24/25 Daniel from 1st Care picked up my mother for a doctor visit for two
broken legs. His was very patient and kind with her. She can be alot to handle,but he stayed patient and calm with her. Thank you very much Daniel.

I am a staff at HCA hospital and on 9/17/25 drivers Paul and Genise were excellent, had great attitudes, and always have a smile especially when it comes to the patients. They transport with great respect and care!

Sean and Fernando transported my father to the hospital for an MRI, and I can’t say enough about the wonderful care they provided. From the moment they arrived, they were caring, friendly, and professional. They not only made sure he got to the hospital safely, but assisted with getting him onto the MRI table and stayed until his appointment was finished so they could return him promptly. Their patience, kindness, and lively conversation made the whole experience stress-free. Mom and I are truly grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of medical transport.

The First Care Transport team from our first telephone call to final destination was really wonderful for our interstate medical transport. First, Joe was great to work with to set up the transport and very helpful covering all the bases. Next, on transport day, Ian and Bart provided great care for a bed to bed transport from Central Florida to North Georgia for our loved one. The transport van was very comfortable (plenty of cushion for a longer ride on the gurney) for our family member, but also for me as a passenger on the trip (choice of RV style table and bench seat or a reclining captain's chair). Able to charge my phone/device while traveling and stop whenever needed for a restroom break, etc. They were very accommodating about getting lunch and wanted to know where we wanted to get food from. But the most important part, was their comfort and care of our loved one. VERY attentive and willing to help with her comfort from feeding her to using a pillow/wedge to alleviate pressure on her back. To me this was 5-star plus service.

Excellent experience. I would highly recommend this company. Bart was prompt, professional, helpful and provides my family during a challenging situation. He and his team stayed in constant communication with me prior to the transport and during the trip. What a relief to deal with such a Bart, a great person , well equipped to deal with these situations.

I don’t remember the gentleman’s names that helped us but it was August 1, transfer from advent health in NSB to Edgewater.
