The storage facilities are nice. Climate controlled, secure, etc. However, beware of the immediate and frequent price increases. We got our unit around a year ago for $120 a month. Several price increases later, we are already up to $198 a month. I understand cost of doing business...but this seems a little extreme.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Josh a manager the same day I made the 2 star review. He discovered that my account was set to office hours which he change right away and was able to give me a discount for the next 3 months, thank you!
This place is terrible, the only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the woman in the office is so nice and helpful as she can be. First more often than not I can’t access the property before 9:30am when the office opens, it’s supposed to be open at 6.

The units are clean and Josie the manager was super nice and patient! But customer service never told us that we had to pay an extra fee for the lock so we were caught off guard when the price went from $30 to 50 but still a good deal!
