The older blonde woman who works at the kiosks is extremely rude with no manners. Many from my family have said the same. She is also is selective in who she treats well. Time and time again I’ll see her be very nice to certain people in line then another person or myself goes in and her demeanor completely changes. If she wasn’t government she would have been fired years ago!!

People are lazy here. If this is going to be a place for passport it should not interfere with other duties. BTW… the attitude of the lady working today at 12:50 pm is not customer service friendly.

My husband and two kids had an app at this post office for passport renewals on Friday. Going into a structured establishment such as this one with two little kids is a bit daunting. Especially for something as important as passports.
I will say that Lee made the experience so much more enjoyable. He was extremely patient as we wrangled our children and provided the documentation needed. He answered every question we had with confidence and great knowledge! Lee even alleviated some of the fears I had sending an official document (my birth certificate) through mail.
The appointment took maybe 30 minutes to sign and prepare 3 passport applications. Lee made the process MUCH easier and we left with a sigh of relief.
This is definitely a post office I’ll return to upon renewal!

Went to get a passport, the process itself was simple enough but the customer service or lack of it was terrible. not sure of the lady's name, but she was rude, unfriendly and had a scowl the whole time she was assisting me.

We have been using this post office for a few years and have always had a good experience. There is usually a minimal wait and if it is busy, things still seem to move efficiently. We were there today when Mary and Cindy were working and they were excellent! Friendly, helpful, and efficient! Answered all of our questions. We are thankful to have such a great local post office!
