They did an amazing job handcrafting a custom Engagement ring for my now fiancee! She was shocked at how absolutely beautiful the ring was! I believe I paid a very fair price given the material and stones I chose, and I would recommend this jeweler to anyone who wants Quality jewelry

I couldn't get 3 tiny screws into my Seiko Kinetic so I brought it to WCJ and they did it in 10 minutes while I waited even though they were very busy. Charged me next to nothing to do it. Now that is what I call customer service.

Will add photos when I get my rings back. This is not the first time I have used Williams..they are wonderful. Hence why I took my work there again. Dustin and crew are awesome. Got them back and they are beautiful..such a wonderful job. Can't seem to post pics..darn it.

Don't waist your time. We gave them a ring to repair. They said they would have to ship it off, they didn't. They said it would take 2 weeks, took 2 months. When they said come pick it up, it's finished, it wasn't. A diamond was still missing out of the band. We will take the ring elsewhere for final repair. Completely disgusted with this place.

I bought an authentic Black Forest cuckoo clock from Germany for my wife a few years ago. Recently I was out of town so I had my wife adjust the weights (like winding it with chains) and it stopped working after whatever she did. I couldn't fix it myself and I was hesitant about taking it anywhere because it is so special and valuable. Dustin suggested I bring it in for a service and cleaning for about $125. When I brought it to them, he hung it up, took the back off, showed me everything looked great and simply leveled it. He told me it was in great shape and didn't even need the cleaning or service... NO CHARGE! Thanks for having integrity because I was out of my depth and at your mercy, and you showed true character.

Had rings custom made for a wedding, brought in everything needed to make the rings and was told about a month or so. Called to check on them and was told that I was pushed back because of other orders that came in. Took so long to get rings we almost had no rings for the wedding, finally got them 1 week before the wedding. We also had them rhodium platted, and the planting wore off. Took to another jeweler to have them repair it. At one time they were really good and Took real good care of their loyal customers, but it really upset us that we brought in everything needed to make these 7 or so months before we needed them and we kept getting pushed back more and more and more. When we got the rings we were not exactly thrilled before they looked rushed, we had them engraved and the engraving is not stright either, very disappointing because they were very good. Was told one price at one point then came in to pick them up and it was $200 more, didnt bother to even bring it up becaise we needed these rings for our wedding. Asked for an appraisal also and gave our address, still haven't received it after 9 months ?

It's pretty pricey & the repair I needed took a while for them to do. I'm not sure if I would return if I could find somewhere less expensive with friendlier service.

I needed my rings fixed from different jewelry store that left me very unhappy. He took what they left me with and made me the most amaz works of art, all custom and one of a kind. Never seen prettier work. His shop is legit too and he promised two weeks and would be finished and he delivered. Whereas I waited 4 months just for the rings in question to be sent to me from the original jeweler in my size and wasn't even smooth on edges. Will not be going back to other store and only go to William from now on. Plan to keep him very busy. He's worth it. He also made earrings out of extra rings I had too. Even added loops and diamonds to the loops so it is flawless.
