Really awesome people at ACE Hardware. Very friendly and welcoming from when you walk in the store, multiple people are there to help you. One of the employees unloaded my pressure washer from my car for me that needed service. It was an easy and pleasant process from start to finish. 10/10 customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Ace Hardware in Deerfield Beach. I’ve been a loyal customer there for over five years, but after this incident, it’s definitely my last time shopping there. I bought an expensive drill bit that I didn’t even get to use, and when I tried to exchange it for the correct size, they refused to help me at all. I had to buy a whole new one out of pocket. Really let down by the lack of customer service.

Just an outstanding customer service experience, especially from Bill who helped us with the purchase of a Weber grill and other accessories we needed for our home. He took the time to explain to us all of the pros and cons of everything we were looking for.

If the home Depot was closer I just would have went there but the reality is that I'm went to Ace because it was closer and I must tell you I was so pleasantly surprised. This is a wonderful place and everybody is kind and helpful and there's almost somebody in every aisle and knowledgeable and caring so I understand the need for some people to go to the big box store but they've won my business now forever

The team at this store was amazing! Everyone was very welcoming. I was helped right away, and they even put my license plate that fell off of my car back on for no charge! Overall a great experience.

Recently went in and purchased a faucet. I wasn’t sure exactly what faucet would work so I purchased two. My plumber came over and installed the one that worked for my set up. I just tried to return the other one which was still in the box and clearly never been opened. They said I am not allowed to return it because it was purchased more than 15 days ago. I think this is unreasonable being that the item is in the box and never been opened. I am also a regular customer. I will never go to ACE again. Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on. A $25 faucet is goi g to cost them the $2500 a year I spend on average there.

THE MOST HELPFUL PEOPLE IN THE WORLD! We needed a very specific piece for something we were building and the workers were incredibly kind and helpful. They were able to walk us through everything we needed and they truly saved our lives. Marc was helping us with all our PVC needs and is so knowledgeable. The entire staff was amazing so come visit if you ever need anything!

I shop at Ace Hardware for all of my hardware needs. There are always salespeople at the door to help find items and answer questions. A very friendly and efficient store with excellent customer service.
They also make keys and repair small appliances.
