I wanted to get air in my tires.
Mr Rubin was very kind and welcomed me with a smile and a gently offered to put air in my tires. It didn't even take 5 min until the job was done! Great job and high class service on top of it!!! Thank you Rubin!!!!!

This is the worst place for any type of work on your car. I dropped off my work car in the morning to get two tires changed, the salesman told me it would take three hours and that I could do something in the meantime, after three hours they called me to tell me they would have it ready by 5pm but I told them I needed it sooner to pick up my employees, after waiting again they called me at 4pm to tell me they definitely couldn't change them. When I got to pick up the car the employee didn't even apologize to me.

Have to comment on the staff at the Mavis store in Deerfield Bch. Excellent customer service and workmanship. In these days of some businesses loosing there focus on the most import part of the process - the customer- the staff at Mavis - Richard , Joe and the mechanic that worked on my car were top rate five star! They saved my cruise! We got a flat tire in the parking garage of our hotel...STILL 40mins away from the dock. We were leaving the same day on a cruise and we didn't notice the flat until around 11am. We tried to use flat fix and air it up, but it was no luck. We couldn't take an Uber because we have small kids who need car seats.
We called a couple places and this shop sounded the most helpful. So we took a chance and drove on it to Mavis. They had the tire and were able to change it in about one hour. If they had not been so helpful and efficient we absolutely would not have made it to our cruise ship in FLL. They had water and coffee in the waiting room, as well as a kids play area!!! The only thing id suggest is opening the door or getting some air flow bc the smell is strong. If I lived there I would not hesitate to do all my business with this Mavis!!! I know they were busy, but they listened to how desperate we were and got us on our way as quickly as possible. We will forever be greatful! (I was going to post a pic but it's not working...)

Great service with an amazing crew. My mother started bringing her car there Last several years and always had a great experience. I used to bring my vehicle directly to the dealership to get repaired, but after all the years of great service with my mother, I started bringing my car to them.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Friday night. Got a call early on Saturday 8:30 a.m. they had it in the shop told me exactly what was wrong. I got a complete brake job all four wheels and they changed and drained my brake fluid. Very satisfied third time I have used them now and will be going back.

I came here for oil change and the mechanic Joe replaced my oil plug and handled me with professional help. Highly recommend this establishment. Will be a customer for life thank you Joe.
