I recently had the pleasure of working with Rebecca and her team and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. They are incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable about all things related to bookkeeping.

I have had a fair share of negative experiences with bookkeeping services up until I came across Advances Professional. They are reliable, responsible, knowledgable, and affordable. I was looking for homeowner's insurance quite unsuccessfully and was clueless of how to handle that. With my roof just being replaced and the delays in getting that done due to Covid and losing coverage for a while in the process, it seemed like no insurances were willing to provide us with a policy. Nicholas Santiago, has not only made it possible for that to happen with his great work ethic and his great level of professionalism but he also communicated with me so well during the process. Any issue that arose with requirements needing to be met or additional documentation needed, he was diligent about keeping me informed and ensuring that those deadlines were met. He went above and beyond to make sure that I not only got insured but that I also was able to maintain my policy which was challenging for me. The policy I obtained was very reasonable especially considering my situation. It isn't too many times that you find a company with people who care as much for the people who they provide the service for and their job enough to exceed expectations. I really valued the transparency in their process of getting me a policy that fit my needs. Definitely if you are looking for homeowners insurance, be sure to use them and ask for Nicholas.

This company is on the ball and is willing and ready to help you with all your insurance needs.They have our cars, our boat and our RV insurance. They also offer house insurance.I have a small business and a potential new customer asked me if I had a certain type of liability insurance for 2 million dollars I called Patty and she got me a price quote and the plan all set up with in a day and much cheaper than I was anticipating.They got all of your insurance needs at competitive costs and their response time is unbeatable.So glad I found this company!
