we went in and asked them if they would allow me to charge my ipad and she said absolutely not. at that point her and a little teeny bopper girlfriend thought it was quite humorous. I’ve been an AT&T customer for less than five hours, and I let her know I need support I was treated like i was scum. thanks you for the support and help.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the AT&T store in Deerfield Beach. The employee who assisted me, of Colombian origin, was unprofessional, defensive, and unreasonably rude,m. To make matters worse, when I left the store, my phone’s internet was not working, seemingly due to an error (or intentional mishandling) during the setup process. I had to return to the store addressing the issue before my phone started working properly again. This level of service not only reflects incompetence but raises questions about integrity. It is unacceptable for customers to endure this type of treatment, and I cannot recommend this location based on my experience.

Great experience with Hebah at this AT&T Deerfield Beach store. In fact, probably one of the best customer service experiences ever. Hebah was knowledgeable, patient, understanding, and easy to work and communicate with. If I had a store and a job for Hebah - I would hire her! Not that she's looking, she definitely a keeper!

Dino didn’t have a lot of patience for me. I was confused between business accounts and consumer accounts. He virtually told me he couldn’t help me and then sighed and rolled his eyes at me when I tried to clarify the issue. I tried to clarify again and asked for him not to roll his eyes at me and he sighed and looked away. He proceeded to sit on his cell phone in the corner seeming like he was annoyed by his job and didn’t want to be there. The gal who then tried to help the situation was very sweet

I had to return later because I waited 25 minutes with no one in front of me. I saw no end in sight to the 2 people helping 2 customers so I left and came back later at which time the store was empty so I got immediate service

Literally worst customer service I have experienced in my life and complete scam artists I bought a phone from them that was supposed to come with a 1k trade in value originally I was told my trade in phone was lost so I did not receive the rebate then it was finally found and I was told the store associate lied to me and my phone did not meet trade in requirements even tho I signed a paper with store associate stating my phone was eligible for the trade in. The customer service line says its not there issue u need to speak with the store manager so I did that and the store manager basically laughed in my face now I'm stuck with a $2000 I would of never bought and the extra kick in the face is since they lost my trade in initially there is no way for me to return the phone and get my originally the whole experience with them has been an endless joke I highly recommend any other carrier

Bought the I15 pro max for trade in with an I12 Trade in value was $700 toward new phone. Picked up the new phone and was told to bring the I12 next day. Next day was told I had to return it to Ups by a box and return it myself. Also told ATT would be billing me $22 per mo. Never told about aarp discount. I am so sorry I ever dealt with the people at the 411 S. Fed. Hwy in Deerfield store.

Came in to possibly switch to att, Steven provided all the info needed and approved me for 2400 TRADE IN CREDIT for my old phones. He transferred all the info to new phones. Highly recommended! MILITARY DISCOUNT AS WELL
