I had to return later because I waited 25 minutes with no one in front of me. I saw no end in sight to the 2 people helping 2 customers so I left and came back later at which time the store was empty so I got immediate service

Literally worst customer service I have experienced in my life and complete scam artists I bought a phone from them that was supposed to come with a 1k trade in value originally I was told my trade in phone was lost so I did not receive the rebate then it was finally found and I was told the store associate lied to me and my phone did not meet trade in requirements even tho I signed a paper with store associate stating my phone was eligible for the trade in. The customer service line says its not there issue u need to speak with the store manager so I did that and the store manager basically laughed in my face now I'm stuck with a $2000 I would of never bought and the extra kick in the face is since they lost my trade in initially there is no way for me to return the phone and get my originally the whole experience with them has been an endless joke I highly recommend any other carrier

Bought the I15 pro max for trade in with an I12 Trade in value was $700 toward new phone. Picked up the new phone and was told to bring the I12 next day. Next day was told I had to return it to Ups by a box and return it myself. Also told ATT would be billing me $22 per mo. Never told about aarp discount. I am so sorry I ever dealt with the people at the 411 S. Fed. Hwy in Deerfield store.

Came in to possibly switch to att, Steven provided all the info needed and approved me for 2400 TRADE IN CREDIT for my old phones. He transferred all the info to new phones. Highly recommended! MILITARY DISCOUNT AS WELL

Outstanding customer service, came in on a Saturday afternoon 30minutes before closing then these gentleman stayed over an hour past their shift to make sure we got the care we needed. Highly recommend this store, it’s ran by patient, kind and genuine employees. Would recommend to anyone.

Excellent! Steven, the assistant manager, really knows what customer service is. He and Johnny delivered me a stellar attention in complex transfer of assets and numbers between my 2 companies. I really recommend them and the store.

One tech was sleeping, another was leaning back in his chair and glaring at his phone, one waited on me... never looked up from his monitor. I had to go get my license and when I came back and opened the front door I startled the sleeper, he raised his head and asked if he could help me ...I laughed and told him that I was in earlier when he was sleeping. The front of store is filthy, these guys could show some interest and cleanup!!!!

I actually want to give this AT&T 0 STARS! Every time we go there it's a bad experience. The guys that work there are uninformative and immature!! When we ask a question about any of the equipment we plan on purchasing, the response we get is, "Oh, I don't know anything about that" or "I'm not sure about those headphones".We recently traded in my old phone for the new Ultra and we were told by the staff when asking a question about the watches that they didn't know anything about the new watches. WHAT!!?? YOU WORK THERE! HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW ABOUT THE EQUIPMENT YOURE SELLING. Seriously thinking about changing phone companies. So fed up with AT&T.

I waited to work with your extraordinarily smart, wonderfully knowledgeable and always patient STEVEN. When I arrived, your always courteous staff immediately tried to assist me, but I wanted to complete my purchase with Steven. He had been working for a few hours with someone who needed to speak Spanish so I chose to wait for him. I live in Boca, but schlep to Deerfield because Steve is the best tech. AT&T has working anywhere!

Andres was so helpful and patient helping me switch from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon was so difficult giving me the transfer pins to transfer my service I had to sit there for almost two hours because of this. The manager that came to help was also amazing! I’m so thankful for them and so happy I switched my wireless service over to AT&T so that I no longer have to deal with BS from Verizon. Two fabulous employees best customer service!
