I suggest that you don't go to this store if you are having an issue with your phone. I tried to get a warranty claim done for my phone which isn't even 6 months old yet, and the upon telling the woman that greeted me what my issue was, she automatically told me that the phone would not be covered due to screen damage. I started to get upset at this point because this woman didn't even look at the phone. Once I asked what damage she was talking about, she then said she was trying to help and tried to make an insurance claim for a less than 6 month old phone. I ended up leaving and going to ATT in Coconut Creek, and the first thing they did was get me on the line with Samsung, who then directed me to IbreakUfix. They did not try to force me to use my insurance, and they actually listened. I would avoid this Deerfield store if you can because they really don't try to help.

I do not recommend
I went 5 times to try to resolve the issue and nothing, I waited for more than 40 minutes and finally they helped me and asked me to pay some more undue bills and then they would see what could be done... that's cowardice
If you are going to buy something, you will be very well attended, but it is certain that there will be a problem with your account, the amounts given at the time of purchase will never be the same as those that appear on the bill, so if you go back to try to resolve anything, they will fool you and tell you to go back, and if you ask to resolve it, the Manager will yell at you and put on a show... It was a serious mess
But that's how the system works, you have to pay and pay and pay

Can’t believe I even considered switching from Tmobile. Waited 20 min, everyone was busy so I understand, but every time a Brazilian would walk in they’d take the time to talk to them since the staff were the same nationality (Im also from South America, this is a complaint on preferential treatment and not that I care where they’re from.)
Pushy sales, since no one even said hello and I had plenty of time to wait I listened to the staff interacting with a woman clearly with a budget looking for something simple as her phone broke & of course they were pushing the best plans with the newest phone. I get it’s a business and profit is the goal, but it’s no surprise why AT&T is rapidly losing market share, from the bottom to the top they don’t seem to care.
I left the store after not being helped and called the phone line. Salesman hung up on me after I told her thanks and that I’d like to look at the numbers. Save yourself the trouble and chose another carrier.

Have always had an att next up installment plan with my device and every device on our account has this. This att store did not include att next on my current device and I just found this out now over a year later. Completely screwed me over and I now owe $500 dollars to get a new device.

worst experience I’ve ever had at a At&t store. the store was pretty busy so I waited around 30mins for one of the workers to ask me what I need and just tell me to call a number because they cant help me, after telling her I need the help in store she tells me I dont need to throw a fit or cause a scene. who even says that to a customer? very rude!

The Best Customer experience I have received at any ATT store or really any retail store in past memory! Ulysses, Ana & the rest of the store employees not only solved multiple issues for us but did it with genuine caring, understanding and a smile. Thier good nature made us feel like we were never being rushed and that they actually cared about us.. IMAGINE THAT!!! So very refreshing they have made us feel thst perhaps true customer service is still alive and well in this very often rushed world of ours. We cannot recommend them enough and will look foward to many years of continued business with them and Att. Thank you so much!!

Do not go and do not order any online pick up from this store. I ordered an Iphone15 online yesterday afternoon , got a confirmation for pickup at this specific location with warning “do not go to the store , until you get a message that the phone is ready for pick up” , which I did. Yesterday went by , no notifications. This morning around 11:15 am I called , spoke to a gentleman with a heavy Spanish accent , when I asked him if my phone was ready , he replied yes, then I asked him “how come I didn’t get any messages” he replied “I don’t know “ , well, of course I’m going to ask him “ how come you don’t know, you work for ATT” , he replied again “ I don’t know “ , I then asked him for his name , and I got hung up on. Tried calling back, he kept hanging up on me and then I get the message that my order is canceled. So the f….er knew how to accept , process and cancel orders . Unfortunately for the store , this is not the last time they are going to hear from me. I happen to have a huge account with ATT, close to 237 lines. Guess what’s going to happen ??

My husband and I went to the store to solve problems we had with my stolen cell phone, Ulysses and Ana answered us perfectly, were willing to help us with everything! We were very happy with the service and the speed with everything was solved.
