“Found this company on an eBay store, discovered it was local to me. I drove up there, found the perfect set of factory correct refurbished wheels with center caps. We negotiated a price and they offered to buy my current wheels. They work closely with Elite Roads tire shop. They transported the wheels I purchased to the tire shop, made an appointment and squeezed me in. The shop was also professional and knew about how to jack stand my car with its air suspension. They swapped the wheels and utilized my current tires. Then inspected my old rims, were able to determine my car had been well cared for as bends and cracks were typical for my vehicle. Can't say enough great things about Howard and all of his crew. I will be recommending them to my entire PCA club. I saved so much in shipping and zero hassle, didn't get my hands dirty, didn't have to lift a thing. I walked away with cash in my hand. This was the best transaction/service experience in all my time in South Florida, which is usually horrendous. If you need tires or wheels go see these guys. And let Elite Roads handle wheel mounting and balance. My car rides and performs better, no more shudders and faster acceleration. Thank you again Howard. First class and 5 stars.”

“I can't say enough good things about DAVID B. and SOPHIA who work at Advance Auto Parts store 9189 on Hillsboro Blvd in Deerfield Beach, Florida. These two employees deserve a BIG RAISE! They were so helpful, patient with my questions and went above and beyond for me when I was having numerous problems with my car battery and terminals. The hydraulic lift that holds my hood open broke and Sophia came outside to give my arm a break after holding the hood up for an extended amount of time. Who does that!?!? When the store didn't carry the exact terminal I needed David was creative and found a solution that would not only work but in the end might be a better fit for my a-typical driving patterns. Advance Auto Parts, you are very lucky to have these two employees!! Seriously, they deserve a BIG RAISE!! You don't find young adults like this very often, please appreciate and reward them, because of them, I will be a return customer! Referring to stellar employee, DAVID B., I think it's important to note, this young man was not feeling 100%. Not only did he come to work but I need to mention again, he went above and beyond for me in the customer service department!! When numerous problems arose, he troubleshot and found a solution. It was a cool Florida evening, 59 degrees and I know being outside helping me was not where he preferred to be.
