“Honest, fair pricing and exceptional expertise. I was referred to Sheehan's Collision for a persistent trunk leak that appeared after a poor repair job from another body shop a few years ago. Multiple specialists had looked at it and couldn’t properly diagnose the issue.
Kip quickly identified the problem and repaired it within a few hours. On top of that, he spotted another area where the previous shop had done subpar work that was starting to blister, and they repainted that area as well—doing a beautiful, seamless job. “These guys are amazing. We have a 12 year old but well maintained Lexus but with sun bleached roof.
We want to keep it looking good. Instead of the full respray that we expected New England’s owners suggested respray of the faded areas with detailing/buffing/polishing the whole car. They included touch up on a couple of areas and cleaned the headlights of haze.
We have had compliments about the car, including one neighbor who thought we had bought new!! And the price was a massive saving on quotes for full finish.
Apart from the high standard or the excellent price, best part was how they treated us, like friends or family. We can’t praise Mike and Leo enough.”

“I want to start by saying that if it were not for MJ this review would have a one star review. The moment I walked in the store the service was horrible. No one wanted to help me and kept passing me off to other people. I was there for something simple a battery. I had bought a battery in September of 2024. Three people tried to tell me my battery wasn’t under warranty because I had already returned it. However the screen showed that I had indeed purchased the battery. I told them that this was my 2nd bad experience with them. That I remember when I bought the battery because my battery died at Trader Joe’s. And when I got the advance auto it was about 30mins before closing time and I had trouble getting them to help me. I said that I would never use Advance Auto again. MJ stepped up to the plate. He said” I got you “ he not only replaced my battery but he also honored the warranty for the battery. He was kind and helpful.He restored my faith in the fact that good people are still out there. I really appreciate how he helped me and showed me kindness. This 5 star review is for MJ and MJ alone.”

I had never heard of them before seeing their Groupon Offer Carlos answered all my questions on the phone, very friendly and professional.
