“Honest mechanic. I work on my car and some sort of fastener worked itself gradually loose and I’d had trouble identifying the source. They were willing to work on it and had it diagnosed in a minute. Other shops had given me the run around because providing the help didn’t pay enough I guess. Honesty and integrity are the two things that you should prioritize in a mechanic, they have that, and the prices are fair too.

“Seymour did everything he could to help me when my transmission quit on me the day before I was moving 24 hours north. My freestar runs better than it did when I first got the vehicle. Seymour lost money on the deal but took care of getting me home still. Without question Auto Biz does their best to take care of customers. “Luis was a dear friend of my wife's late father, my father-in-law. He came with my wife and I for the inspection and purchase of our Honda CRV. Luis fixed much of the vibration with a turn of his wrench, the rest of the vibration he diagnosed down to two of the five mounts (which he is replacing). He said the other mounts are just fine.
