Auto Tronics was a lucky choice the first time we needed someone close. Over the last 10 years we have trusted Jeff and his crew to solve many auto issues. They have never failed. They are top-notch mechanics, professional, honest and personal. They care and they are fare. Privately owned and run. Started out with one bay and build a business with his wife in the front office and a reputation that is rare in this time. I've referred Auto Tronics to friends and family and they all thank me. My husband & I having been taking our vehicles to Autotronics for years. Jeff is the absolute best...a trustworthy, honest mechanic who is fairly priced and doesn't do unnecessary repairs to vehicles, like the dealerships do.

Our car was leaking oil from its rear so we brought the vehicle to Jeff. After his review, he told us the rear tire gaskets were leaking and they needed to be replaced. We never received an estimate.
When we picked up the car, Jeff charged us almost $900 for his services. When I simply asked him about this pricing, he acted a bit defensive and rude to me.
Less than 2 months later the car was leaking oil from the same rear area of the car. This time we brought the vehicle to the car dealership for a second opinion.
The dealership hoisted our car up on the lift. The mechanic pointed out that all the rear parts around the rear tires ( including the gaskets) were never replaced. Jeff misled us.
So we had to pay $900 again to replace the gaskets correctly by the dealership.
So.. Jeff lost a customer that he was servicing for many years and we moved on to a trustworthy mechanic company.

Just want to say thank you to Jeff and the team. I've been using autotronics for more than 15 years. I've tried other places but don't trust anyone but this place. A lot of repair shops will try to scam you and thankfully this is not one of them. They can get really busy at times so if they don't have time I will wait till the next available day instead of going somewhere else. Thanks again....Edwin and Charell

I wasted my hold day waiting for a brakes change and this people never looked on my car. Very disappointed!!!Jeff, if you want to keep your costumer happy you have to communicate better with your costumer.Time is money!!!

Took my wife's car to get a quote for the A/C and was given a very fair price. We had that done and the battery changed in a relatively short amount of time on her Lexus Rx350. Great people, great service, and reasonable pricing. We'll be back for other needs as it us hard to find a commendable shop that offers as much as Auto Tronics.
