I am giving three stars because the majority of the employees I've interacted with at this location are pleasant and capable.That said, I am enthusiastically dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism from a Merrill Lynch representative who works there named Gustav. I would rate his absent service and failure to communicate a one.While I am less than thrilled to waste even more time today composing this post, I hope my review may save other BoA customers some frustration.Here's the deal: I booked this investment consultation six days in advance and rearranged my schedule to prioritize it. I arrived five minutes early for my 11 AM appointment and was informed I would see him at the start of the hour. Instead, I languished in the lobby, charitably imaging potential scenarios that might account for the delay in order to soothe my mounting irritation. Needless to say, during this period I did not so much as glimpse the elusive Gustav. Finally, at 11:55 AM, nearly a full hour past when the meeting was set to begin, I cancelled the sad, mangled remains of my unrequited appointment and left.To be frank, it is probably for the best that I did not have this consultation. Anyone who cannot maintain a basic appointment nor perform the bare minimum courtesy of communicating extenuating circumstances is unfit to advise investors in any capacity, let alone in a professional role affiliated with a major financial institution.To others considering meeting with a Merrill rep at this location, I humbly suggest choosing someone else.

I came here to the bank and Ms. Keisha Chin-quee took great care of me. I was really in a hurry and she made so easy for me. She is a rock star at what she does. I command her for being great.

They always lock my card anytime I go somewhere new. 2 weeks ago I was on a road trip, trying to get gas. I was 400 miles from home on a Sunday, when they locked my card. So I tried calling and no answer. I was stranded for 2 hours trying to spend MY money to get home. I wish I could leave 0 stars. I guess I'll just have to settle for leaving Bank of America.

I had several transactions that had to occur in a specific sequence over a couple of weeks . Every time I went to this branch the manager , Desmond , was very accommodating. Each person I worked with was professional, friendly and understood what I needed to do . The legal department responded within an hour on 2 occasions when their approval was required . A couple of times staff helped each other to complete what was needed . While I did have to wait at this busy branch I was helped without an appointment several times . Grateful for this bank branch and them successfully completing all my complex transactions.

I don’t know if it’s this branch or all of BofA but they are a 1/4 trillion dollar company and never have more than one teller at the branch and on average have 8-10 people in line. It took 47 minutes for me to get a cashiers check last visit and when I kindly asked the Branch Manager if should could help out she scowled at me saying “ I’m not a teller “ I would avoid this Branch at all costs.

The customer service here is subpar. They only have one teller open, AT A BANK. They have someone welcoming people into the bank which is completely unnecessary. You don't need a greeter. You need more tellers because the line is about to be at the door. These banks make too much money to not have more staff. Unacceptable

Corporate probably puts the employees in an impossible situation by understaffing, under paying and forcing them to charge ridiculous fees.The teller line was literally 14 deep with 1 window open at 330pm, until all of us customers were fortunate that a 2nd opened after being in line 30mins.Paying .01 percent interest on Savings accounts, and charging up to 20 percent or more on some credit cards sounds like a recipe for profit..The least BofA could do is step up the customer service.

I went there on Monday July 26th and the computers were down all day had to go to another store. Then tried to give him a chance the next day on Tuesday the 27th of July and waited 15 minutes to only for them to tell me the computers are down again!!! I can see one day but two days in a row is no excuse!!!

Worst bank ever, customer service is really bad, person that greets you seems to always been in a hurry and like he does not want to help you at all. Every time I go there I leave without been helped, they need to do something about it asap

Absolutely abysmal customer service. This branch has 8 inside teller windows. It is usually staffed with ONE teller, if you are lucky maybe two. They could care less if there are 15 or twenty customers waiting in line (as there were today 12/10/2020 at 3 pm). Of course they can somehow afford two security guards to look after the line. I will be closing my accounts and moving to another bank. Avoid at all costs!Oh, and in response to Annette below...Please explain how I can withdraw more than $1500 in cash from an ATM machine? There are times a teller is necessary. Why have eight windows and only one staffed? If there are consistently hour long waits for a teller, (and customer service is in fact a priority) what possible explanation is there to not provide more staff?!
