This bank is amazing. The bank manager Desmond is unbelievable. He was a one man show covering every customer. He even went outside to help a lady find a jump for her car. Though he was super busy he did not make you feel that way. He acted like I was the only customer at the bank. I was in distress as I had a huge problem with my account. After helping me he put me with Silvia who was also very reassuring and calm. I have been with BOA since 1988 and have been to many locations in many cities and this is the best by far. Thanks Desmond and Sylvia you made a bad day good.

I had several transactions that had to occur in a specific sequence over a couple of weeks . Every time I went to this branch the manager , Desmond , was very accommodating. Each person I worked with was professional, friendly and understood what I needed to do . The legal department responded within an hour on 2 occasions when their approval was required . A couple of times staff helped each other to complete what was needed . While I did have to wait at this busy branch I was helped without an appointment several times . Grateful for this bank branch and them successfully completing all my complex transactions.

Worst bank ever, customer service is really bad, person that greets you seems to always been in a hurry and like he does not want to help you at all. Every time I go there I leave without been helped, they need to do something about it asap

I am so disappointed by your head quarters customer service. I called to get a statement over a week ago, they mailed over the wrong thing. I had to call and be on the phone for about 1 hour to clear things up. Unfortunately the call got disconnected and the representative didn't even have the decency to call me back to finish clearing the matter! I had to call the next day, wait again for 40 minutes, and they gave me the option to mail or fax the statements again. I asked for it to be FEDEX, the customer representative had the audacity to say they can not because it would cost Bank of America money! Bank of America sent the wrong thing. They should of apologized for the mistake and improve their customer relationship by helping a customer that has been with the bank for over 20 years. This shows that they care more about making money than helping their customer. Very disappointing.
