ATM withdrawal did not provide cash,Gave receipt showing withdrawal. ATMs are apparently someone else’s responsibility even as an account holder and they stated they have had several of the same problems with other customers, they allowed the machine to stay operative. Took 10 business days to get my money re-credited to my account.The employees really had a could care less attitude

Sharon, next time please work on your customer skills and please don't throw a pen when you are asked for a pen, same thing with my driver license. I don't think this can be a big deal for you.

I went there to cash a check and the teller, Sharon is blind as a fruit bat and a nasty attitude like a bag of dog p**** I went to her window and she said in an angry tone, " I have to deposit several checks, so you gonna have to wait." In my diplomatic voice tone, I said" I am not a restaurant, I don't wait for people." She was rather taken aback. I left.

Lots of promises no delivery. They made a few mistakes 1. double billed for a line of credit after the line of credit was closed for a year. Then made me prove they had not billed for the line of credit for the previous year. 2. They promised a free account and there were service fees. They charge fees for online transfers in between your business and personal accounts. Two days for checks to be made available. There are better banks out there.
