Great experience buying my new electric mountain bike!
I called Tyler on Saturday to ask if he had a very specific model and size (Specialized S-Works S5). While he did not have it in stock, he found the exact bike I wanted, and at the lowest price I could find online or at other shops. I was excited because I had been looking this bike for weeks. By Monday evening, he had the bike fully assembled for me with tubeless tires as requested.
When I came to the shop to take a look before buying, he asked me to sit on the bike while he proceeded to do a full fitting with seat height, handle bar controls, grips and custom pedals. Wow! I was so impressed.
And when I went to pay for it, I expected to see extra fees for these special services he provided, but what I was charged was just what he promised - nothing more!

The owner of Bicycle Generation, Tyler, sold me a high end bike that is not right for the geometry of my body. The frame is too long for me and the handlebar is too wide for me. I tried a shortest stem and a zero offset seat post but could never ride the bike because it still does not fit me properly. The poor geometry was confirmed by a Retul certified fitter who owns a fit studio and has 20 years experience fitting professional teams around the world and by the owner of a mobile bike repair service and former owner of a bicyle store who I called on for help. The owner of Bicycle Generation, Tyler, also charged me for bar tape that he never gave me and for a saddle that was inappropriate and I did not need, and he failed to provide me with the derailleur battery charger that came with the bike. I have tried to call Tyler but it appears that he hides behind his employees who screen his calls.

I dropped a bike off to get repaired they rushed to fix it for me and I bought a new one great guys very helpful and I would recommend everyone who needs a bike repaired or a new one go see them awsome shop. And thanks again guys

Dealing with grant has been nothing short of amazing. His attention to detail is amazing and he’s always willing to give very knowledgeable information. He knocked out a wheel swap and new tires and we had a good conversation also. Would recommend him and this shop for anything. Will he definitely back for more soon.

Javier was awesome! He explained the features of the different bicycles very well. He definitely has a great amount of knowledge on the products in the store. He was very helpful. Other team members were very nice . It’s a great shop with cool people working there.
