Brought my bike in after it sat for 4 months outside. I was quoted $100 to replace lower bearings and; I was told everything else was fine. I called back a week later and was told they didn't have my bike. After informing them that they had to because I didn't I was told i'd receive a call back in 10 minutes. I waited an 1 hour and 15 minutes before calling back myself and being told they had found it but it needed more parts. I showed up after work to see what was needed, after a bit of conversation with the mechanic. I was told I should leave if I didn't want everything fixed the way he wanted it fixed because I "wouldn't be able to shift and my chain would fall off;" I questioned the price and he said about $70. I agree and go to pay out and the total was $137. He says it's for tuning and other things so I pay and move on. I rode my bike yesterday for the first time since picking it up (i picked it up 2 days ago) and it skips 2nd and 7th gear and the chain falls off if you go from 6-8 in one gear change. So moral of the story if you want to pay $140 to be talked down to and then have a bike that still doesn't operate properly; head here!

Top notch professionals; very knowledgeable across bike brands and ranging from basic to high-end. Significant stock of Specialized, Scott, BMC, and others. Also, have top-quality accessories like shoes, pedals, helmets, etc. in the shop. Most importantly, they provide honest, fast, friendly, and reliable service. I know that they even have out-of-towners who send new and used bikes to their shop for installation and full service. They handle customers with a long-term perspective and will match prices where necessary.

I went here for a simple flat repair. They replaced the tube. Rode the bike for a mile and it went flat again. I brought it back in, and asked if maybe they missed something sharp in the tire. They said no, and that I must have run over something again. They replaced the tube again. Again it went flat. At that point I called, and asked to talk to the manager who gave me a refund for my last replacement, and I took my bike elsewhere. They found the cause in the tire, and replaced the tube, and added a liner between the tube and tire and I've had no issues since.I didn't trust the service guy Garfield, who I had both times. When I first took the bike in I told him I was thinking of selling it, and asked for his professional opinion on what the resale value was. He kept asking me how much I wanted for it. Then, he sold me on replacing my chain to get it ready for sale. Then, he was selling me on cleaning the bike to get it ready for sale for $40. I said no I can clean it myself. He said ok how about $20. I took him up on it. When I went back the second time for the flat tire he said he gave me a big discount on it. I compared receipts, and there was no difference in price. Honestly, he made me feel like I was at a used car dealership. He was also very soft spoken, and mumbled a lot. I told him I was hard of hearing, and asked him to speak up. He didn't acknowledge that.I would just say to avoid this place.

This bike shop has really fallen off the last year. They hired a few newer people a a year ago and the service hasn’t been the same. I asked for a brake bleed and the guy insisted I get a full tune up. I refused and left it. I came back and I was charged for a tune up and couldn’t pick up my bike till I paid it. I complained to the manager and he eventually made it right. Next time I bring it in for a wheel true and 2 weeks and $150 later I still have issues. So you think I would stop going there but next time I come in to get a battery for my garmin HR monitor these guys charge me $16 for a battery and $12 for the labor of getting the battery. There’s plenty of other bike shops in the area.

Extremely satisfied with the customers service by Grant and the rest of the team. I was in the market for about a month. Went to a few stores around town and they weren’t too helpful. BG is a solid hour away from me, from my first phone call with Grant I knew this was the place I’d buy myBike.I was in the market for a lower prices tarmac and wanted to pay it “cash” Grant asked the right questions and provided solutions. Thankfully I was able to get into a much better bike with financing options at 0%Top notch, white glove service. Highly recommended!
