Billabong is a favorite surf shop with a fun, chill vibe. The staff provides excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable service, often going the extra look to be super helpful and attentive. The store stocks well-made, quality clothing, including rare Hawaiian shirts, nice shoes, pants, and many styles of bathing suits. The products are more suitable for men of a certain age, though some note it can be difficult for larger women. A point of note is that they do not accept returns on bathing suits. Customers have had great experiences finding perfect fits.
My husband and I went to Billabong to check it out on vacation. One of the workers was so awesome with helping us, that it made such a difference. He was super kind and it was noticed how much he appreciated his job and the company. Paul is truly an asset to this company!

They have the cutest clothes and are the nicest people when you walk in! Leah and Brittney helped me pick out the perfect dress for an event and we’re so nice and welcoming. I wish all stores had good energy like this!!
