My Dad (Allen) recently purchased 7 switches online from Bocatech. When we received our package in the mail there were only 6 switches. He called and spoke with Gianna several times before finally getting an answer that their "camera footage and getting with the warehouse the weight and inventory recounted and nothing was left out." There was no explanation as to where the missing switch went and zero ownership to assist in the missing switches that have been paid for. We would NEVER recommend this company as their customer services leaves a lot to be desired.

I was never so aggravated. They do not answer their phone, or call you back when you leave a message. They still have one location showing up when you Google, drove 1/2 hour North only to find out they closed, drove to the 40 minutes to their South location (not easy to find) called again (no answer), finally found the place (door was locked) pulled on all of the doors. Someone opened and informed me they were out of town and even if they did have what I needed I would have to go through them. He was nice and tried to help , he gave me cell phone number of the owner of the company to call and was told to wait 20 minutes (because they where at lunch). I called, again no answer...ughh. I usually would not have just driven there however it is not uncommon for people not to answer the phone because their busy, but they are still open, and it was the 3rd day of no return call. Partially my fault, but all could have been avoided by answering the phone or returning calls. Especially when you are the only place to get Bocatech Switches.

Very happy with the switches I ordered, definitely a high quality product! Customer service is top notch especially with how COVID has everything on hold!
