After discovering my previous tax preparer had been filing inaccurate returns for me during the past several years, followed by a completely disappointing experience due to unprofessional conduct by another local tax preparation firm, I was wary about approaching another tax firm, but Atlantic put me at ease and totally won me over with their follow-up and follow-through, getting me a full refund on my latest return and amending as far back as we could go to request refunds on those.
