Worst bank ever they work are a snails pace with smug attitudes. I asked for large bills and they gave me small. When I went back in to have them correct it, they didn't say sorry, but with a go screw yourself, SMILE on her face said no and could care less. For the love of God, learn some emotional intelligence!!!!

Parking lot sucks. Can only drive in one way, spits you onto one way major road going wrong way. Are drive up atms illegal in florida or something? Sidewalks/steps blocked by ill placed railings. Totally inconvenient. Whoever designed this should be ashamed.

one of the few banks that still have a drive through. I will go out of my way to drive here even though I have a Chase bank right next to my house but they took out drive through ?

(( worst experience ever )) !!!!!I just wanna say how disappointed I was with my service today.Antonio Marquez ( lead associate Operations )seemed to be training a new employee and not in a good moodI am a General manager for Playa bowls and I've been placed in Deerfield for a few months.The Teller ( pleasant Hispanic woman) called me up and I presented my two deposits.Antonio walked over and said :" we don't accept commercial deposits from the inside "" you're people know to use the night drop "I told Antonio I've never.... ever been told that I couldn't come inside to drop off my deposits!!. Even if he was trying to say I wouldn't be able to receive the slips ( that would have been fine )Antonio was saying, I'm required to use the night drop only for Playa bowls.I don't feel comfortable doing that without the deposit bags that can be sealed..Ok... I'm done with my rant...Antonio needs to work on his service skills,If I made him work a little harder( that's tough)I would like someone to call me and explain why I'm not allowed to drop off deposits inside?..

So in this Branch you have to make an appointment to open up a new account because they're still using covid. Meanwhile it was 4:20 and the place closed at 5:00. there was two employees that were not helping anybody and the whole Bank was completely empty

Chase is the best bank and this is an exceptional branch. They offer Private Banking and Business Banking and have exceptional people from their Branch Manager through the tellers! The level of service and customer appreciation is second to none.
