People who love the taste of Chick-Fil-A know it’s always consistent and also know Chick-Fil-A is known for great customer service. I am giving the Manager, Jamie, the 5 Star rating. I normally order breakfast ahead on the app and check in before arriving so my order is ready. I always notice the store seems to move more efficiently when she’s working. Jamie also always says either “Good morning, Quentin” or “Have a great day Quentin.” She even put a note in my bag one morning to say “Your brighten our day.” Thank you Jamie for always making me feel special - You brighten my day also!

Great place we tried the drive-thru, wow it's an employee who takes and advises us in person instead of the traditional speaker, fast service and everything we took was super good, the spices really good and their sauces addictive .

This location needs an overhaul. If you are looking for missing items, food being made incorrectly, and rude service this is the perfect location. There wasn't 1 instance. I had several incorrect orders last year so I stopped going. I thought enough time had passed and got burned again when I went today. (Missing items)

I would like to say that Matthew, the manager and Matthew the shift leader were outstanding! I had a little problem with my order and I called and they went above and beyond to make sure that my new order was perfect! I would highly recommend Chick-fil-A to anyone managers and staff truly care about their customers.

Love this chick-fil-A. The food is delicious. Always get the spicy chicken combo, which includes fries with a strawberry shake . It really fills the tummy. Would have rated the overall experience a 5, but the order taker did not give me the fries I order, it once a month treat to chick- FIL-

This location really needs to change out their frying oil. Two times in a row I have ordered and my chicken comes out dark brown. I also got really sick from this. I will not return to this location if this continues.

If you open at 6:30 you should be ready to roll and serve people at 6:30. I don’t have time to sit and wait while employees are opening the store. I came in right at 6:30. I had to go inside because the drive thru was not even open yet, and then I had to sit there and wait because employees were still opening the store, making the lemonade and tea. Come in earlier if you need to. The store was filthy. God only knows what the kitchen looks like if the front is filthy at 6:30 am. I’m actually afraid to eat the food now. I had to ask for my food or my money back because I was patiently waiting and I watched as the drive thru opened and they started getting their food before me. I was late to work. Thanks Chick fil A. My order was simple and small. Horrible business practice. I’m very disappointed.
