Customer service is just bad. Financial advisors in palm beach sell you bad investments then tell you to talk to the money managers and take now responsibility Citibank most common phrase is "Sorry we can't help you"

Hands down the worst service I have ever experienced. All they do is tans around and don't help customers. Amazes me how they can call themselves a customer based business.

This branch sucks drive 1/2 a mile north to the Boca branch on Powerline and Camino Real for bankers who actually speak English. There is an obese Brazilian lady who is a banker and texted on her own iPhone while I was reporting actual debit card fraud! Anyhow, I'm an HR Director and was able to report her to the Vice President of Human Resources - North America and discuss my particular incident. She was new be compassionate, nor empathetic, and spoke so little English she had to point to things. I will be closing my account after I get my $1l back.

They stand around talking to each other, while customers sit in the lobby waiting to be assisted. Waited over an hour just to get a replacement card. I was already a little annoyed because this is the 3rd tome ive had to get a replacement card because the str2il doesn't work and neither does the chip.... will never visit this branch again
