If I could give 0 stars I would! I temporarily opened up a savings account here last year so I could get a deposit bonus they were offering for new customers. I closed it in Jan. after seeing how crappy their customer service is. They make you wait forever to open an account (over an hour), they are always short stafed, the branch manager Domi ique is rude and arrogant and EVERYTIME you call the branch to ask a question, the phone rings and rings..no one bothers to answer ot!! It is unbelievable!! What shitty customer service. Save yourself the aggravation & don't do business with them! Go to TD BANK where they have excellent customer service and their employees are always nice. They also PICK UP the phone when you call!! I have been banking with them for over 20 years and have never had a problem!

I went to the branch to make a wire transfer. There was only one banker at a desk . She was helping a customer open an account and told me I had a long wait.
Another banker, Rodney Snow, observing this, stepped over to a desk, offered to assist ( with a smile ) and successfully completed my transaction.

Zero stars, this bank makes everything so difficult for you even to send you your own statements they want to charge you. Horrible customer service!
Updated: they scheduled a call with me to try to resolve the issue and it was a waste of my time they told me to go to the branch, I get to the branch for the 3rd time they said they can’t unblock an account I have to call, UNBELIEVABLE!

I have been a city bank customer for over 15 years. I had terrible last week . Dominique the lobby attendant was rude and acted as if she don't care about my complaint. After I called the banks call center and spoke to attendant Joseph who served very well my problem was resolved. Also at the time when I mentioned I was going to survey Google ,there another attendant the name Kenia who was comfortably in her desk came to try help me
I think that's why the bank was empty because the customer service was horrible.its doesn't make any sense to go to the bank and see 3 attendants without any customers not trying to help and having to solve the issue my self inside the bank with a virtual attendant. Kenia she only came because she heard the word bad survey not because she was willing to help. The bank complete empty the employees on cell phone .
Lack of respect this behavior.

Customer service is just bad. Financial advisors in palm beach sell you bad investments then tell you to talk to the money managers and take now responsibility Citibank most common phrase is"Sorry we can't help you"
