They did a horrible job on my car. 1 car door needed to be painted and it came back with dimples, over spray and the paint didn't even match. I would definitely not recommend this place. Staff unfriendly and promised the car back in 3 days and it took 5 with the worst workmanship. Stay away.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing outstanding service here with Jake after an unfortunate accident. From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, courteous, and efficient. They assessed the damage quickly and provided a clear, detailed estimate that was very reasonable.
What truly sets Classic Collisin apart is their speed and quality of work. Despite the extent of the damage, they completed the repairs in an extremely short amount of time, much faster than I expected. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! The paint matched perfectly, and every detail was meticulously addressed.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. I received regular updates on the progress and felt completely informed every step of the way. The staff's expertise and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs. Five stars all the way!

I end up did not fix my car here, but I'd leave a 5 star for them. Had a deep dent on my car door, was quoted $3000 at another reputable body shop. I came to CC, Jake here took a look and said he could fix it for $500, but he recommended me to a paintless dent repair specialist instead, who could fix the dent without repaint, and would cost even less. I did that and worked out great just as Jake recommended. I'm leaving a 5 star for Jake's honesty and professionalism.

At first I wasnt going to post anything but after much deliberation, I decided I should write a review so everyone could make an educated decision before choosing to entrust their vehicle to Classic. When I went to pick up my car for the second time after a very long story of issues that to thier defense were satisfactorily rectified, the manager walked around the car with me to show me all the areas that were previously poorly repaired but now fixed. All the areas I had complained about were fixed however, in trying to fix an area on my passenger door, they scratched off paint on a new area on my door handle. When I pointed it out to the manager, his response to me was " that was like that". Very cliche. It most certainly was not. I explained to him that my car had never been in any accident prior to the recent one. He proceeded to point to a single spot on my car that had a dent in it. I told him that was the only mark on my car that someone did with a shopping cart and I was aware of it. Basically trying to tell my that my car wasnt perfect prior to the accident and trying to push me to accept it the way it is now. Little does he know that I took a picture of that area for my insurance prior to bringing it to them where it clearly shows that it wasnt like that. But after having to come back for a second time because they didn't fix things correctly the first time and having to get a second rental car. I was tired of having to fight to have them do things right. Plus I hate conflict and convinced myself that it was a small area and I should just take the hit and go. Its something I shouldn't have done and regret. I pay a lot for my insurance and Classic was fully paid to repair my car correctly. Classic will definitely repair the initial damage on your car but dont expect to get it back without something else being damaged by them and expect them to be honest and accountable to it. My pictures show it clearly. Two before being taken to Classic and two after where they caused the new damage on the door handle.

I had the best experience with Classic Collision! They were constantly communicating with me on updates with my vehicle. Everyone was super nice and professional. They made the rental process so much easier for me as well. They completed the repairs super fast in less than a week and the car looks as good as new and to top it off they gave me my car all nice, clean and shiny. Outstanding work. I’m so glad I went with the Insurance’s choice because I will definitely be using them for any repairs needed on my car in the future and I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

Classic Collision is a great place to have your automobile fixed. Their service is outstanding. Rene and Jake keep me in constant communication regarding the status of my repairs via text message or phone calls. I couldn't be happy with the end result. They use original parts and left my auto as good as new. Not that I am looking forward for another repair in the near future, but will definitely use them again and recommend to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle. Thank you CC team for an amazing job. 😊

This place is amazing! Renee was wonderful to deal with. She kept in communication with me as my car was being repaired. They put out quality work and fixed my car pretty quickly. Friendly staff and will recommend.
