Our refrigerator was not working. This was our first time using the service. They are wonderful. The service tech Leo was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Very satisfied.

I just got my new AC system and both Dimitris and Patrick were very attentive and thorough. Both my husband were very surprised on how efficient they were and respectful of our place.
In addition, they were willing to stay and help us set up the thermostat. Thank you.
Special shout to Andrew, our sales person, he helped us with identifying the unit we wanted. He was very knowledgeableand explained the difference.

Hello everyone and good Friday morning! I would just like to share how absolutely amazing this company truly is! One week ago Friday, (9-12-2025) our air conditioner went out in our condo. I happen to see one of their company vehicles in our neighborhood and stopped and spoke with a gentleman named Demetrius, very knowledgeable, respectful, polite, kind, and genuinely sincere, so later that afternoon, It was about 4:30 in the afternoon and I called Climate control services. The young lady on the phone was very professional and helpful and courteous. I Scheduled an appointment for the very next day Saturday. The gentleman Santos, who came out, looked at everything diagnosed and pointed out where the problems were. It was 90 something degrees inside our condo. he called his boss at the company Tom, who was very understanding! and gave us an EXTRA “extension” warranty, in addition to the original warranty, I got an excellent! very affordable quote, my wife & I agreed that we needed a whole new system, they were here Monday morning at 8 AM and started the process the gentleman who arrived Patrick absolutely amazing professional mannerism, and a short time later his coworker Walson arrived to continue helping with the process, so later on that day, I called the office and spoke with Penny, She was absolutely also very friendly, courteous, kind, sincere, and 100% professional. I cannot say enough good things on how efficient and caring the staff of this company is and I would highly recommend anybody that needs a new air condition HVAC system. to please call Climate Control Services and experience the same satisfaction that we have now!! our condo is nice and cool and we cannot thank them enough five stars for every one of those employees and for the company overall performance.

Avoid this company at all costs! At one point in time Climate Control Services was a reputable company. Not anymore! The new owners are highly unethical. They pressured an older female client of mine into replacing her unit, same day, without a second opinion - telling her that her life was in danger due to mold and that she needed to replace the unit now. From what she told me, it was nothing more than high pressure sales tactics. She decided to trust them and they charged her over $10,000 for a new replacement even though her old Trane unit was still under warranty. I was very disappointed to hear this and would highly recommend the new owners change the way they treat people or they will not be in business much longer!

Leo was very helpful and informative. He got my AC up and running after constant power loss issues to the AC unit. I would definitely have he come to continue to service my unit.

8/30/24 had climate control services come and service my AC last year and signer up for a contract. Leonard was knowledgeable, helpful and throughly explained what the issue was. He went above and beyond to help get my AC up and running. I will be using Climate control services from now on! Thank you
8/30/25- had climate control come on a saturday during a holiday weekend. They were at my house within 5 hours! Leo my tech went above and beyond and got my AC up and running!

The technician was courteous, Pleasant, well spoken
and knowledgeable. Explained what the problem was and what we can add on to improve the system. Was not pushy and understood why those additions could not be done at this time.
