The laundromat is kept very clean and maintained. The ladies that work there always clean the dryer vents of lint and are so sweet and polite. It's a shame though because the owners raised the prices if wash and dryers but those ladies didn't get a raise and being that it's New Year's Eve,they didn't even get a bonus or anything from the owners.
I know electricity hasn't gone up nor the price of water so the increase from the owners is just plain greed since their employees weren't given a raise or a Holiday bonus or anything.

what is the actual phone number for this place??? disconnected? Dropped stuff off last Tuesday with no phone call if my stuff is ready to be picked up or not. Do not want to waste time driving all the way there for them not to be.. but i guess thats what's going to have to happen. tried to give this place a 2nd chance, and here we go again!

Horrible experience with this attendant I am a faithful customer dry laundry here every week. Today this attendant walked to me and told me I could not use the dryers because my laundry was not washed there. Asked the attendant if there was a written policy stating this she proceeded to say no. Asked if there was a manager i can speak with she stated no asked her when would a manager be in she stated she do not know. I feel like the attendant was racially profiling me. If the policy she sdvised of was in writing that would have been understandable but it was not as she confirmed and i was not the only potential customer only coming in to dry but was the only one turned around. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Where to start, 2nd time using wash and fold, I dropped my wallet in the store, with only one other person in the store. Go home, realize, call and call and call, the phone doesnt work, EVER. Go back to the store ask for help there is a Camera up front where I drop my wallet but no one can help. Ok. 2 hours later my cards start getting used, right down the street. Hmm well that's odd. Call again phone still doesnt work. I was told they would call when my clothes were ready, no call. Went back to the store knowing my clothes must be done. Sure enough they are, and the lady that was there when I dropped off my clothes, who took my number and informed me she would call when my clothes were done (oh ya and when my wallet wllent missing) is gone for the day no where to be found. The only person working there a very nice spanish lady that does not speak any English at all. Tried calling again, thinking maybe I can get some assistance from the owner or someone in charge and... you guessed phone doesnt work doesnt ring. But on a positive note, whoever grabbed my wallet and stole a few hundred in cash that was in there, also used my card at Dollar General for $10.97 (I assume to make sure the card worked), and it did. Then decided to go to Walmart right by the previous store and attempted a much larger purchase (but I had already froze my card). They tried 2 amd 3 times but hopefully one of these other locations has them on camera. Makes you miss the days when people were honest, or when stores asked to see your ID when using a credit card. All in allgrrwt experience.

Selective in helping with any machine issues; very rude people work here. They make up rules depending on their mood (nothing is posted in there to make said rule available to the public)

Felece was helpful & cheerful. She helped me select the right size washer for my thick quilt. It was washed & dry in an hour. This place is clean and the other patrons were pleasant. It is within walking distance of Publix so you can get some shopping done too.

I recently had a fantastic experience taking my laundry to the dry cleaners since my dryer broke down. The facility was spotlessly clean, and Felice provided exceptional service.
I highly recommend this service!

Not a friendly environment anymore. I wash my clothes there and have tailored in the past but one lady is so unprofessional and rude. Not welcoming at all. Never returning there again .

This laundromat is sooooo clean and the staff was very helpful!! I had a small question about one of the machines and Angela was very knowledgeable and helpful. This place is awesome!!!

Item that I washed came out of the machine and parts of it were still actually dry after the wash. The prices to use the machines keep going up, and the quality keeps going down.

Very bad service. The attendant wait to last minute to let you know the club machine is not working after you load your clothes and put your detergent in. Bad services with non proactive workers.
