Computer Direct took care of my computer needs professionally, quickly, and affordably! A Police Officer referred me to them, and after using their services 3 times, I highly recommend them! They upgraded my system from Windows 10 to 11, transferred all my documents to a hard drive, and moved everything from my old computer to my new one. Honest, reputable, and reasonably priced-highly recommend!

Excellent Computer Repair & Upgrade Service
I had two laptops that Best Buy couldn’t upgrade from Windows 11 Home to Windows 11 Pro, even after three days. Computer Direct had it done in less than two hours. They also replaced a battery, repaired a button, and returned the laptop quickly. Professional, fast, and reliable service. As someone in the IT field, I can say with confidence — they know what they’re doing and you can depend on them.

I took my computer there and the diagnose was fast and they fixed on the same day, price was what I expected.

I would make this 5 stars but today seemed odd. I don’t know if everyone was having a bad day there or what, I really wasn’t trying to give anyone a hard time. I recently had Arthur/Vinny help me out with my Gaming Pc. Contacted them again days later of a concern that I did personally with the PC after they helped me out and I was told come down and have it checked out by Arthur. Nothing went wrong whilst talking to Arthur until I was bombarded by Vinny who just cut to chase to make a ticket already and fix it and Eddy who gave good knowledge about what I did which was understandable but then instantly as I said no with the price it was shown that no one should help me anymore. Bit upset since the customer service is written all over on the other reviews. I’d love to continue business with them but today just threw me off.

Ed and Arthur are great.
The owner Ed is highly knowledgeable , attentive, and more than fair on price.
My prebuilt cyberpower computer failed just after two month of owning it and ed quickly diagnosed the problem that i would not of found in my own.
He also noticed the cooler that came with the computer was not strong enough to keep the cpu running efficiently.
It took almost 3 weeks for cyberpower to send the part out but once it arrived ed installed the part and the new cooler almost immediately.
It was frustrating and sad to have my brand new gaming pc in the shop just after 2 months of having it ,but after Ed and the team at computer’s direct worked on it it now runs better than ever and even looks much nicer with the new cooler .A unfortunate event turned into a nice little upgrade. If you’re thinking about buying a prebuilt computer DONT and have Ed build you one. If I would’ve known what I know now i would of had him build me one in a heartbeat.

These guys are AWESOME. I took my shut down desk top to them in a garbage bag in a monsoon. The added 16 gig of memory and cleaned it up, never ran better, even new. Then I took them my real problem child, an older laptop that was slow as pushing a dump truck up a hill. It needed a new hard drive and battery and I added memory because of the charts I use. It had never been touched in over 8 years. I can't belive how well it runs now. I am a day trader, so I MUST have fast dependable computers. These guys rock, and reasonably priced.

These guys are flat out the best. Why? They know exactly what they are doing and are great with customers. I have a laptop that was repaired by another personwho did not know what he was doing. During a keyboard replacement he broke a number of things in the machine and gave it back to me. It was not functioning properly. Edward looked at it and immediately had an idea what was done wrong by other repair person. They called me with updates and sourced a replacement part. The machine made it back it to me with everything working as it should. I highly recommend them! What matters is experience when it comes to laptop and other PC repairs.
