I've been going to this CVS since it opened. It's customer service Is great. People need to be little patient when it gets busy, and try not to take your frustration out on the pharmasy staff they too are dealing with alot. People stand in line, their running around making sure we're happy and your meds are correct. Don't forget it's close to century village, if you don't like the wait, try another CVS or come later in the day or when they open. Anyways you guys are close to me and I hope you don't close down. I hear a bunch of cvs's are closeing.

My wife and I made an appointment on line for our Covid vaccine. We input all our information plus gave them both of our insurance information. This would be our third vaccine at CVS. When we arrived 10 days later I was denied the vaccination because my insurance didn't cover it. But huge sign outside said "free COvid vaccines"Wasted my time. Asked for a "red white and blue" card. What!? You mean a Medicare card? Like I'm 3 years old. Bye bye CVS. You could have contacted me days ago to tell me I wasn't coved. You didn't. Going to Walgreens.

CVS has the worst service. Especially in their pharmacy. I hated there 1806 west hillsboro. Low budget ghetto walmart.

WORST PHARMACY EVER! I came to pick up my son’s prescription and they sent me home to come back at the end of the day. I came back and Im waiting in the drive thru, completely ignored.. they closed the pharmacy and now my son is without his very important medication. Not the first time or last. The workers here act like they are doing favors

Ashame I could not give this pharmacy a zero.I moved my scripts from BerraCasa to this location due to moving. I have automatic refills that once I need more refills they automatically call my Doctor. Yesterday when I asked when the med would be ready I was told I have no refills. I asked don't you contact the doctor? The response was "it would probably go quicker if I contacted them".The above along with creating a VIP script pick ups are ridiculous.

The attendants at the pharmacy are the rudest workers this company could have ever hired. They need to be retrained. I was having a bad allergy, and didn't have any medication with me. I had a refill available, the place was empty, however they told me they wouldn't speed it up.

I called to see if they could fill my prescription as my normal CVS didn't have it and they said that they couldn't tell me if they had it and they hung up on me. Don't use this store!

I was disrespected by SONIA, from pharmacy, when I was trying to provide feedback about the car pick up service.I was told to "get a life" and "don't you people have something better to do?". I was at no time disrespectful nor rude - I was only trying to provide feedback.I understand people can be stressed and frustrated but there is a line that should not be crossed: respect. The manager (FRANCIS) was understanding and agreed that behavior was unacceptable.Never again I will do business with this CVS.

If you want to have the worlds most frustrating pharmacy experience, please come here. I have been coming to this Pharmacy since this location opened and it has been consistently horrendous. After almost 20 minutes of waiting in the drive-through, a piece of paper got taped to the window stating the phone was broken (while having helped the 3 cars in front of me) and the pharmacist shut the grate down on my face when I know this location has a window they can open for service. Went inside and there were over 12 people in line waiting to be helped

We just came in the store that had only two employees, a girl and a tall guy. The tall guy was very aggressive and was screaming at the customers. Please fix this problem since he is very dangerous for your business and for your customers.
