I am out of town. My Dr. was able to forward my prescription to this store. All was efficient and worked out great.

I’ve been a customer at this particular CVS for almost 15 years, and for over 10 of those years, I’ve regularly used the drive-thru on my bicycle without any issues. That changed during my most recent visit.
I waited in line for 10 minutes, and once the car ahead of me pulled away, I was the only person around. As I pulled up on my bike, the CVS manager came over and told me I had to come inside because they received a notice from corporate stating they no longer allow bicycles in the drive-thru. While I understand if policies change, what really upset me was how the manager handled the situation.
Instead of politely informing me that this was the last time I could use the drive-thru, he was incredibly rude and insisted I come inside right away. I had no lock for my $1,500 bike, and I was concerned about it being stolen, but he didn't seem to care. The entire interaction was unprofessional, and I recorded how poorly he treated me.
As a business owner myself, I always put my customers first. Had he simply explained the new policy and told me this would be the last time, I would have understood. But the way I was treated was unacceptable. CVS could even pull up the video footage to see the interaction for themselves.
Because of this experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. I’m moving all my prescriptions to the pharmacy across the street. CVS has lost me as a customer. He came across like he doesn't care if they don't need my business.

This pharmacy made a huge mistake. The prescription bottle that was given to me for my 14 month old child gave instructions to be administered 4 times a day. After three doses the prescription bottle was empty which cause me to return back to the pharmacy that same day. I was told that my son was only supposed to receive one dose a day and the pharmacist used a red sharpie to hand write the correct prescription on the bottle. This is unacceptable! This can seriously hurt someone. I’m worried for my child and others which is why I am writing this review.

The worst prescription service I have ever used. I handed them tree prescriptions yesterday it is now 3:35pm and they are not filled yet. There is usually one person working behind the counter with five and six people waiting.

Pharmacy department is the WORST here. Customer service?!! ABSOLUTELY NONE shown/practiced here towards customers. Take your prescription elsewhere and don’t waste your time with pharmacists/techs that aren’t there to actually help but just there for a paycheck SMH.God Bless.
