Pharmacist (woman wearing glasses, with her picture on the wall, didn't get her name) said she checked my insurance, I found out she did not at all! I had to pay full price. After I left, I called my insurance to find out why the medication wasn't covered. They said a claim had never been submitted. The insurance company and I 3-way called the CVS. The same pharmacist picked up the phone and was super dismissive and didn't own up to her laziness at all. She told us to come back for a refund.
When we arrived, she gave us a sarcastic smile. When I asked her if the insurance card had been checked the first visit, she stated "no." (I have video footage of this conversation). No apology, no remose. Didnt care that we would've paid extra and wasted our time having to return back to the store. Never returning. 0/5. Have pride in your work and respect for others time and money.

Great service from CVS in general from Ariel in particular. Ariel always provides excellent customer care and, today, accommodated my need for a vaccine on the spot and without an appointment. Ariel's readiness to provide the services needed is refreshing and her outgoing personality is truly "a shot in the arm." ;-)

I specifically go to this location even though there’s CVS locations closer to me because the pharmacy team is super helpful, well informed, and friendly. I’m thankful Arielle helped fill my prescription even though I arrived a few minutes past closing time. She did so with a smile on her face and always makes me feel happier after speaking with her. Thank you to the awesome team there!

I called to have my prescription transferred to this location. And they were very friendly and courteous. They resolved my issue over the phone in less than 3 minutes.

The Pharmacy Manager, Ariel, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She knows her customers by name and greets them each individually with a smile and positive energy. Definitely recommend coming to this CVS, the service is great and any concerns or questions are surely answered. I've had difficulty at my former store due to not answering phones, and getting questions answered when needed and she's reassured me she'll do everything within her capability to make sure I feel comfortable and taken care of. So impressed and great energy goes a long way to continuing to foster patient/customer relations and I felt heard, appreciated and loved the overall experience.

The pharmacist here, young indian woman, is truly remarkable. Can you imagine attending m pharmacy school for 4-6 years swearing up and down that you care for people but doing the exact opposite once you are licensed? I had dental surgery was given a 3 hour waiting period for antibiotics and pain medications. After explaining that I was in pain and needed my medications sooner than 3 hours, maybe 2- 21/2 hours. The pharmacist herself rejected my cry for help. I showed up within 2 hours and to my surprise the medications still had not been filled even though my case is an emergency situation. I was forced to sit for the additional hour with a sleeping toddler. Lucky for me it took exactly 3 hours for my prescriptions to be handed to me. Pharmacists really ought to do better, this pharmacist especially. Had I been a caucasian women I guarantee she would have expedited my emergency medications. Truly a remarkable women.
