I had the best experience with the Pharmacy person, Jarita Johnson, the Pharmacy Manager! She was kind, found the medication in stock that the other CVS down the street told me was not longer in production. She was Terrific! I will be going to this CVS from now on! Her attitude was so pleasant, and. helpful.

Everyone is always very nice at this CVS, but Beth is outstanding - all the time. She knows everything, can figure out any problem or quirky issue, seems to be able to juggle everything at once, yet manages to do all of this in a friendly and caring way.

The three employees who work behind the CVS counter are so rude and blame the customers for their prescription not being ready and if you ask a question they are unhelpful and will say no to whatever question you have. I am a college student trying to get my medicine and this is the most convenient CVS location for me to pick up my medicine but I hate coming to this location every time because of these workers. They should be fired.

It should be a zero for this CVS. The store was not clean when I walked in. I do not usually use this store, but it was closest to the urgent care that I had just visited The young lady who took my prescriptions, was unsure curt & gave me incorrect information. I was told that my prescriptions would be delivered today as I could not wait the 1 1/2 hours that she explained it would take to fill my three prescriptions. I called this morning to see approximately what time my prescriptions would be delivered and there was a 30 minute hold - I hung up. This afternoon I called again and was able to get through to the pharmacist. He said he was busy. He did not want to hear what I had to say about the person who took in my prescriptions, he raised his voice - if I wanted the prescriptions, I had to make payment or he was going to hang up ! he was yelling at me, as I was trying to explain, what happened when I did the drop off finally, he said if you want these, give me a card just give me a card give me a card he was yelling at me . I told him I didn’t want them. I would never go in his CVS again, and that I was going to report him . I know he is short staffed as many places are, but that was the rudest I’ve been treated ever by someone in service. I am also calling head office about this situation at CVS on Hillsboro Boulevard in Deerfield.

The pharmacist does not know customer service. They gave me the wrong medicine and won't take it back .... He couldn't give me an answer on how I will get the right medicine !

THE CVS WALK IN CLINIC IS A JOKE ! THE SO CALLED NURSE SENT ME NORTH BROWARD HOSPITAL EMERGENCY ROOM FOR A SIMPLE HEALTHCARE ISSUE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY GOING TO CVS HEALTH CLINIC INSIDE OF TARGET STORE ON HILLSBORO BLVD AND POWERLINE RD. THE WOMAN POSING AS A NURSE WAS A QUACK !!! ???

I recently transferred my prescription to this pharmacy, because it is close to my residence. When my boyfriend respectfully went to pay for my scripts so that I can just pick them up, she advised that she doesn't have the cost and that they needed to be filled first, (wouldn't bother to check )but that will be by the end of the day. She was somewhat rude to him so he left upset because she was nonchalant and not helpful at all . I called and explained the situation for clarification and the tech immediately got emotional with me saying my boyfriend wanted to pay, but she do not know what this will cost and going on and on. I told her it's okay, and I just wanted to make sure that I can pick up my scripts later today at this location, because I originally transferred close to my job. She reassured me that they would be ready. I went straight there when I got off work and was told they are ready at another pharmacy 20 min away, the one close to my employer. When I spoke with her, she said it will be at this location. She was so upset that she sent my script to another location out of spite, when I told her to make sure it was transferred here. If you hate your job get another one. I used to be a pharmacy tech, and I could never get away with being a lazy nutcase at work and giving folks the run around. I will never use this location again, and you might want to find someone who is pleasant and well as professional!!!

Does this place ever answer the phones. This location has to be the worst. Called other locations and was able to talk to someone in 3 minutes. Been on hold with this location for 25 minutes and counting. The managers should be fired immediately if this is how they think a business should be run. Especially one that has to do with health. Pathetic

Terrible attitude and customer service from pharmacist Layla. Girl has too much pride to give a little empathy and compassion for the elderly or the sick. A smile goes a long way.

I don’t know what everyone else is talking about in these reviews posted. I have been filling prescriptions for my family (3 of us) for years. They know each one of us personally. It actually feels like a mom-and-pop pharmacy from when we were growing up. They are extremely knowledgeable and go out of their way to contact our doctors if there is any additional information (such as a prior authorization). While there are occasional lines, they process people as quickly as possible. Sometimes long waits just can’t be helped, especially when customers do have many questions (which they are entitled to ask). Nothing but a great experience every time.

My wife just went to their walk-in clinic. The so called professional insisted that she wasn't sick and even called another office for advice. Turns out she had a serious cold. If you are in need of health care look elsewhere. Thank goodness we did. Worthless!
