Bought flowers for Mother’s Day. The flower quality and quantity is exceptional with beautiful arrangements. I have had terrible luck with surrounding florists in this area. However, this florist is professional and true to their products. I ordered from NY and couldn’t see their arrangements in-person, but thankfully they produce great bouquets. They have excellent prices for their service and I would consider to be a go to for online flower ordering for this area. They were unable to fulfill the balloon add-ons for the order and they promptly issued a refund the next day.

Ordered flowers for Valentine's Day. Called around 4pm. Asked to wait a minute, held for 20+ minutes. Hung up & called back. Asked to wait a minute, held for 20+ minutes. Hung up & called a 3rd time, they tried to put me on hold then admitted that the manager told the person picking up to just put everyone on hold (I presume until the person gave up). Told they don't promise a delivery be any special time, but they would make it...eventually. Flowers never made it. I had to call them again today, where I was told driver tried to deliver at 2:30 but no one was there (during a school's dismissal time!). IE, either the driver or manager lied. Or Both. Promised a refund.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in a vase. There were 3 or 4 roses, tiny carnations and another cheap flower with huge leaves for $59.99 plus tax and delivery in a clear vase that looked like a drinking glass. I could have bought the flowers at Jewel for $12 and the vase for probably $8 What a rip off. Standard, they were less than Standard. Even Costco sells beautiful bouquets for less them half the price.Standard or not. I ordered this for my best friend who has been suffering with cancer. It was her birthday. Very disappointed. Seriously, I have purchased Standard flowers many times but they weren’t such a small handful of flowers. I would have continue to purchasing more from time to time because she lives in Deerfield Beach. The young lady on the phone was very sweet but the owner couldn’t care less

I've ordered from this place more than a few times now and only had a slight mishap with the last order. Without getting into the details, they reached out to me personally after emailing them and made a replacement delivery the next day. Point is: these guys don't miss.

Very disappointing experience. Not only was the delivery driver mislead and did not deliver to our door, instead left them at the downstairs security desk but the 1 dozen pink roses received for Valentines Day, have already turned brown within 2 days of having them with full water, have bloomed, and cost over $110 for delivery. I almost want a refund, because this arrangement couldn't even last 2 days. Flowers from Trader joes last longer than this. Yikes. severely disappointed in the service and the product.
