Ghetto! Cashier by the name queen seemed to be the only worker in the store so much that she leaves the register to shake down a young boy who she thinks is stealing! Then runs after me out the store because she thought I tried to leave without paying. The transaction didn’t go through as I thought but we both would have had clairity if she wasn’t more concerned with talking on the phone about firing employees and shaking up children. Ridiculous!

RiRi has phenomenal customer service and helps me find what I’m looking for anytime I ask for help. Every time I see her she’s always smiling and working outstanding manager.

11/30/2023: poor customer service, impatient and rude cashier. Asked the previous customers of they spoke English. Automatically hit something on the pin pad when I was paying with cash and card
01/2023: all I needed were envelopes, couldn't find in the aisle you'd think it would be. Didn't have time to search for an associate and ask. Bought folders instead. They weren't the same price as listed on the box I got them from. Was kindly allowed to go ahead of a person. That same person nearly accosted me for my change up buy a beer. 🙄
2018-2019: The visit on this day was quite pleasant. Usually some of the cashiers have attitudes even if it wasn't directed towards me. The cashier that assisted us today was very personable.

The store hours online and at the store clearly say they close daily at 10pm. I went to the store at 9:40pm on Sunday night and they were already closed. I knocked and didn’t see anyone inside. I called and no answer. I was literally going to be in and out. The fact that the store employees close 20 minutes early is unacceptable! Honor your hours of operation!

Store dose not close at 11pm it closes at 10pm. Please correct this so people don’t waste their time and gas driving here like I just did.

Store closes at 10pm and doors were locked at 9:43 pm. When we knocked on the door one of the employees yelled out that her manager said we closed then she walked away. Very unprofessional & rude.

Saturday, March 25 at approximately 3 PM I waited in line for more than 10 minutes, the cashier saw that I had three picture frames with the receipt, and that I needed it refunded. And she didn’t bother to mention anything until I got up to the register… Then she complained and refused to refund me because she is too busy and she told me that she seriously could not believe that I waited in line to try to get a refund when she is clearly busy serving customers… I feel disrespected and my time was wasted as I am a busy person who just so happen to come on her lunch break that is now wasted because she didn’t want to do her job

There is no way it is worth 5 stars- this is a cheap and cheerful place. Sometimes stock is low or its hard to find a cart, but on the whole I like shopping here for great deals.
