Pretty neat and organized in this store. Can tell a big difference seems like the managers have changed. Lots of stock being put out on a regular basis and I love that it’s not stocked with boxes blocking the isles like some other nearby Dollar Trees. Good job! ??

This is a better looking store than most in the area. You can tell the team is trying to get the merchandise out as it's pretty well stocked. Not boxes lined up and down the isles like some of the other stores I've been too. You can really find some good merchandise at this location.

One of the nicer Dollar Tree stores. It's clean and organized which is not the norm for a lot in this chain.Located next to Sprouts on Federal Hwy. in Deerfield Beach, this store has some great finds. Perfect place to shop before the holidays for inexpensive decorations. Cards and gift wrap can't be beat at 1.25. Great selection of plastic containers and household nick knacks. Fun shopping here ... there's always something to buy and again... the store is neat, clean and the staff is friendly.

Store was a mess and understaffed for a holiday weekend but Big props and shout outs to the staff that showed up and especially the Manager.

Nice size Dollar Tree store in the Shoppes at Deerfield on S Federal Hwy. The store itself is roomy and well lit. Stuff was nicely setup on the shelves and every department was easy to find. I got some dental over the counter items that I needed as well as some candy...there's always room for sweets !!! LOL.Like most Dollar Tree stores, there was only one cashier working when I was ready to check out, so just a bit of patience is needed....

I understand that employees cannot control what patrons do in their stores. I get being so checked out of a job that you just don't care. But when you have 6+ people waiting in ONE line and the associate let's an entire group of 5 adults cut lines to make 5 separate transactions, that's blatant disregard for good customer service. One woman starts out with her order, then let's 4 other friends jump in with her, but was it the same transaction? Nah, that would be easy. All separate transactions. Finish checking one out and the next appears with arms full of items. "Whatever" was the associate's response. Then, when asked if a second register can open, your associate berates the OTHER customers that WERE waiting in line. Your associate, presumably the manager, grabs the only customer not saying anything, mind you no one was yelling or angry, they were just annoyed at this group of rude and disrespectful patrons, she tells everyone "Only one person in this next line, because she was quiet". Yea, rude people you can't control, that's understood. But a manager CAN refuse to keep allowing 4 separate people cut a long (singular) line at the ONLY OPEN REGISTER. Then be quoted "I don't even care" when other patrons asked for another associate.Dollar Store. Hire more people. Stop working your staff to death on a skeleton crew of 2 or 3 people a day. Maybe they'll actually care about their jobs and not be so checked out that they don't care about the humans walking in their doors. More workers mean cleaner stores, happier customers, and better customer service.

This item was on a hanger display. It was marked clearly for $1. I was charged $1.25 even though I showed the hanger to the cashier. BAD BUSINESS!

They closed the store at 7:50pm when it says 8pm. When the guy came to the door her said “yeah I know it’s not 8pm” and just walked away! Won’t be back to this location!

Came in to buy some cards and took an extra envelope for a card I bought before. Cashier tells me that they will need to contact to manager to make sure it's okay. I said it's not that serious and he could have the envelope ✉️ back. He went on to say that there was a situation about other customers taking envelopes or wanting to buy just an envelope. Regardless, I chose to be honest to show that I had an extra EMPTY envelope and didn't like being treated like that. The manager gave the okay. It didn't need to get to that point. Next time I'll triple check that all the cards I purchase from there have an envelope.

Compared to most Dollar stores recently, this one was pretty organized and neat. All stock was on the shelves! No large boxes stacked in each aisle -- like we've seen in most similar places. We actually found two different items we'd been looking for in other dollar stores do that was a plus. And they had a package of cute mini bagels that we couldn't resist for only $1.25. All the Easter and seasonal stuff is pretty prominent. There are a few shelves with slim pickings, but most areas are quite full of merchandise. Even though there was only one register open, the cashier seemed efficient and we moved through the line fairly fast. She was the only staff we interacted with -- and she was pleasant and friendly.
