no staff to checkout ... 830 pm tuesday night and line is 25 min long .... not necessary just laziness. others stores ran much better . this store didn't and doesn't care .... ( i go to different dollar trees quite often this is the worst so far

This store has come SUCH a long way!!! The new management is kind and SOO organized!! I've heard people leaving the store saying that this was their fav dollar tree. DEF has stepped up and I always make sure I know that the cashiers and management know it! Way to turn things around guys!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Cashier Jeffrey is the absolute worst! He ruined an important moment for us. He was not a very friendly guy to begin with, even though we were very sweet and cheerful to him. We asked him a quick favor to get some balloons for us for a birthday, he immediately looked disgusted and frustrated. Although it was busy in the store, he definitely could have been more respectful in his delivery of saying no. He made it clear to the whole store LOUDLY, that he didn’t plan to help us and didn’t care. We would have even waited until the line went down. He dismissed us, gave us attitude and treated us horribly. He continued to chant out the price and ignored everything else we said to him. Terrible customer service from him , dollar tree you should reconsider him as a hire. I asked him to take off the one premade balloon we had, since he wouldn’t make the others. He said okay. After leaving I realized he still charged us for the balloon. Terrible experience and a disrespectful person. It’s such a shame because everyone else in that store has been amazing.

I wanted to applaud the organization for the store. I’ve been to some dollar trees that you can’t even walk through some isles. Also an older gentleman, whom I would assume is the manager, is very polite. Greets you good morning when he’s walking through the store, which nowadays is almost unheard of.

The good: Items at $1.25 or less. Glassware, cheap socks, health and beauty products, shampoo, soaps, cleaning products, paper goods, etc. The bad: Long line at the register. Like most Dollar Tree stores, this one only has one cashier working at a time...so the time I was there, there were 6 people in front of me....so it took a long while to check out. The opportunity: Some Dollar Tree stores are really well stocked and very neatly organized...this one...not that much....Some aisles had plenty of items, other ones were not very well stocked........I talked to one of the managers of one such store and she said the secret is to have a good staff that will keep the place organized when they have down time....that is great....all working together. Room for improvement...

I stopped by for some last minute party supples and was able to find exactly what i needed in a timely fashionable manner without any issues . The service was fast and the price is always right at the dollar 25 cent store lol good finds and very clean store.

Wonderful place and personal, convenient nextdoor to Publix. Huge store, I find items that I can not find anywhere else, and now they take my Humana Visa card

Jeff checked me out and was rude when I paid in change yesterday. He must be new because I am never treated this way here. The store has bad general management because Jeff couldn't tell me if the manager was even in the store to complain to. He has little patience and gives poor customer service. Find a better employee.

The cleanest and most organized Dollar tree I have ever been in, and I've been in everyone in the area lol! Employees are nice and pleasant also! 5+ stars!
