FedEx has pros and cons. The pros are that it is reliable shipping, good customer service, and a pleasant atmosphere. The major con is the cost. The USPS is about 1/3 less across the board. To me it hardly matters because I very rarely use this service, but I had to utilize it today as a one off occurrence. I actually had to drop off my cable boxes at FedEx because it is affiliated with AT&T as a drop off spot and I happened to have a box to ship, so paying $2 to $3 extra was worth it for me to avoid making an additional stop at the USPS. Overall, if you want to save $ use the USPS, but if you want a solid near guaranteed that your package won't get lost in the mail FedEx is likely best.

I usually come here and receive EXCELLENT service from Alfonso. He goes above and beyond to greet each guest, will help if you have any issues and always has a positive attitude. I have now had to deal with Devita twice, and she has been incredibly rude on both occasions. The first time I didn't leave a review because I figured maybe she was having a bad day, but on that trip she refused to print a document for me, even though i kept telling her the computer would not format it correctly. Finally after practically begging her, she printed it. Today, I went again to mail back a phone and to fax a document. First, she was on the phone with someone via an earpiece the entire time. Secondly, when I inquired how to ship the phone back, she told me to "pick out a box" and said I would need to pay for "stuffing." 2 times I picked out a box that she said wouldn't work, however she refused to show me what box would work. She then hesitantly printed out the label I sent her via email, and placed the label in front of me telling me to put it together. I don't know about you, but if you've never put together a fedex box with a label, it can be difficult. Again, she refused to help. Took me about 10 minutes to figure it out. I then tried to fax a document, which would not go through. I asked her if I needed to press 9 for long distance, she said 9 then 1. I did this three times, again the fax not going through. With her back turned to me she said, don't press 1, just press 9. I tried again, the fax world not work. I asked if I could scan the document in and email it( which alfonso has done several times for me), she didn't eye make eye contact but pointed behind me and said, go use the printer. Again, I've never done this before, but figured out how to scan and email on my own. Finally, I asked if I could please pay, and she rudely told me I could not pay for the items together. Charged me 38 cents on one machine and then walked over to the other machine expecting me to follow without saying a word. I have never been treated like this by an employee in my life. It took every ounce of my strength not to call her out. This woman should not be working with the public. She is beyond rude, and this store is designed to help people! Please look for a new job if this is how you treat people.
