The website said they had Xbox power cords in stock at this location. I get here and ask the man working the counter and he doesn’t even look up from the computer. He literally just said we don’t have power cords without even checking. Either your website was wrong about the availability or you worker was being lazy and didn’t want to help.

Kyle Mango and Rydinn was extremely helpful in recommending me a new game to try for my Nintendo switch and after completing the game thinks it’s one of my top games on the switch. Great customer service and super helpful!

The place is 1/2 empty . I want to get stuff for my Xbox 360 , they have nothing for that or my PS2 . I would like some emulators too. They are the big thing now in gaming. Old school is now cool 😎. Oh by the way the guy working there was nice to chat with about all these issues 👍

Useless. Walked in to find an extension cable for a VR camera. Besides, the fact that the girl was absolutely useless, and barely made an effort to help me and then instructed me to go on Amazon or somewhere else online to find it even though their store said that they had some in stock makes me wonder why I would ever come back to this place. The best line was when I told her that it said that her store had what I was looking for in stock. To which her response was the best one for you and then she pointed over to the wall and said whatever we have on the wall is what we have.

Worse experience ever.I walked in around 7pm with 4 kids, 3 boys at the age of 10yrs and 1 little girl. The moment we walked in the sales person started to roll his eyes. He had a mad face of all the time and small talk with my questions.Two moms of those kids that were with me , walked in after and noticed the same attitude. They are Spanish speakers and that make his face even worse.Right after, a man walked in the store, and asked for some questions and the treatment was clearly different. The sales person responded friendly with a whole conversation. Despite his attitude we decided to buy.One of the moms was treated with attitude and his questions was: Does anybody else will buy anything?After our purchases, I heard him and the other customer making comments how difficult it is to deal with kids like ours. Which by the way, they behaved very well at all the time at the store, just looking.I confronted him and mentioned that I noticed his attitude and saw him rolling his eyes at us and how bad was his customer service. His response was for me to call 1-800, but he didn’t have a name tag, and at this point he could say any name he desires.Clearly he doesn’t care, and I doubt it that anybody will take any action.But I feel , so frustrated and so disrespected, discriminated, that I decided to share this experience here.Definitely that store will never have my business again, and I will share with the most numbers of people that I can so they don’t pass for the same experience.

Always good going in the store. Helpful workers. Only thing is it’s hard to get someone on the phone if calling. Other than that always a great experience going in store!

Poor customer service, worts experience ever with a very disrespectful store manager “devon” behavior towards customers using inappropriate language in store “4857” and in front of my kids.He doesn’t care if a complaint is placed as he stated.I won’t recommend this location to a good friend or family member.Very disappointed

What makes this place awesome?!?!? Ashton and Devan do!!!!! Kyle, the manager, too!!!!I have never, ever had such awesome customer service. These men are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and funny. I had a great time with them the other day, was given tons of good info and left with some goodies. I’ll be back soon.G
