They showed up promptly when scheduled and replaced the motor in my recliner quickly with a minimum of disruption. Very happy to have it working again. So glad we purchased the insurance. Worth every penny.

The service technician was very courteous, polite and most of all, professional. She assured me that she would look into my concerns and work with me and Ashley to hopefully resolve them. It's been a pleasure communicating with her.?

Do not buy a warranty from this company, they are also known as GBS Protect/GBS Enterprises. I have called them 6 times in 3 months and they claim my registration is pending and I should hear back soon. Never hear back, been told the same thing 6 times now. I have a 2 year old power recliner that stopped working 3 months and no one here can help. When I ask to speak to the escalation team, or a supervisor, I'm told that no one is available. Really? You're alone in the building? Total waste of money on the warranty.

The "warranty" provided by GBS Enterprises via Ashley Furniture doesn't actually cover anything. The documentation I received upon purchasing my sectional couch stated that springs were covered for 5 years; however, the email I received from GBS Enterprises after calling them states that "spring or coil damage" is excluded, to the contrary of what I was told when I purchased this plan. Unfortunately, there's no way anybody will read reviews for this little-known company that works under contract with Ashley so I doubt this will do any good. Shouting into the void with this one.

The other reviews say it, this company is a joke. Will find any excuse to deny your claim. Had a rip in the couch and life got busy so a few weeks later I was able to submit it. Noticed there we a couple other marks so I submitted them all at the same time. Everything was denied. Was told any future damage would also be denied until this is fixed but they would not cover the rip because there was more than 1 and there was pet hair on it. Okay. Now I have a useless coverage plan for the couch.

***Buyer beware will NOT cover repairs*** Carefully read through the exclusions on their website before you buy! They legitimately built an out every single possibly imaginable situation where you might need your furniture repaired!

I called to report a damage on a sofa that I paid a 5 years protection . But they declined my claim. The soft started to ripped off within a year and half after purchase. West of money.

Read the reviews people and DO NOT use this company for any warranty issues! Read the responses to every complaint and realize they have the same answer for everyone. They have a loophole for anything you need fixed or cleaned. \\\"Accumulated Damage\\\" is their favorite. Also, general soiling isn't covered. They don't deviate and they sound like a robot reading off a script. No heart, no compassion and no service. (Does this look like \\\"general soiling\\\" to you?!) Paying for this warranty was like flushing my $749 down the toilet. Complete waste. Shame on Ashley Furniture for even recommending them!!

I highly recommend LG products. When I called to extend my warranty, they were very helpful, polite, and very delightful to talk with. After having such a rough day the representative, Michelle, with her cheerful voice, and her willing to help me in this matter eased my frustration. How much we need all companies have the experience and willingness to help their customers.

I recently called because our kitchen bench had a leg break off . I spoke with Janelle who was prompt , Courteous and professional. She quick set up my claim and provided me with next steps . I have had experiences with other furniture protection companies in the past .This way by far the best experience.

We purchased the extended warranty after being encouraged to do so by an Ashley/Morris salesperson. Less than a year later, I submitted a claim for an accidental blood stain. It got denied for "accumulation" in another area of the chair. We were told if we get the accumulation cleaned and resubmit the claim, they could move forward. We did so and submitted the new pictures. We heard nothing back and so I had to call them again. They insisted it was denied for accumulation and then said they couldn't see any other claims... even while I was logged onto their portal staring at the "Open" claim with all the pictures and information clearly visible. I re-explained myself 3 times. Now they're giving us the runaround and asking for receipts of the cleaning service, new pictures (which we already sent), and more information. The email said if this is not received in 5 business days the claim can be denied. This company has been so disreputable and strange to work with. I have no idea why Ashley/Morris furniture would do business with them. It's a disgrace. Please take a look at the Consumer Affairs page. Every single review from 2022 is 1-star.... and they do NOT have a single review that ISN'T 1 star from 2022... They have absolutely imploded as a company and their reputation is going to negatively affect everyone that they do business with.

Would love someone from corporate to reach out. Worst experience I have had with Ashley and GBS. Warranty took almost 3 months to give me an answer of manufacturer has discontinued the couch I have owned for 6 months. Made a claim on time. Wants to replace 3/5 of the purchase price of the set bc it’s a modular sectional. So I paid 1800 plus 500 for delivery and warranty. Getting 1300 back but not the price of the matching set of ottomans. Like who would replace a couch and use the pieces of an another? Won’t budge on anything more after talking to supervisor. Didn’t offer to clean the stain. Or replace the part immediately which was just a slip cover. Cool let me buy a whole set, pay 2300 for it and get 1300 to buy a whole new mismatched set, and then pay for delivery and a warranty that clearly is not worth it. Would not recommend buying this due to the time frame it took for communication and that I had to keep asking what the status was only to lose 1k on a 6 month old huge sectional. Not happy. Company can replace 1300 but not 1800 for a long time customer who has bought a lot over the years thru Ashley. Not worth it.

I suggest to everyone not to use this company, simply because you are being honest enough to tell them when you noticed the item was damaged even though it was still usable and you didn’t bother too much at the time to report it. They said you have five years warranty, but there’s a catch to it. They not telling you that you have thirty days to report the damage from discovering it at the time of purchase unless you sit and read all that fine prints. Companies must learn to be more straightforward with there service and business otherwise they will continue to get bad names and go out of business eventually. Therefore if you have to report the damage within thirty days even though you saw it more than a month ago, just lie about it because they would not replace nor compensate for it. I notice lie works, truth hurts. As you can see my board is out of place in the couch.

I would have given 4 or 5 stars for the initial customer service when filing my claim, it was excellent! Thereafter, I had to do follow-up with an email which included all the information I was asked to provide. A second email came asking me for the same information which I had provided and was attached below on the email they sent. 2 months later the technician came, very friendly and professional replaced the broken handle in 15 minutes. Great guy! I am glad I took out the warranty, saved me a bundle!

I had to contact GBS regarding a recliner we’d purchased for my MIL. The service rep was very kind, told me everything I needed to begin the process of filing a claim, what was needed and sent me a link to send everything directly to the service department. So far, so good!
