Went here to buy bed frame and don’t fit my matters try to returned and they say they don’t do returns..they never say that went they sell this item to me …this is all messed up. Don’t recommend this store…really bad experience..

there is sooo much bad experience ABOUT badwill not welcoming warmth.cashier Spanish NEVER nice.only mostly want to hire Spanish why?and cnt even speak English or comprehend to us make no sence..and hello u people are getting FREE DONATIONS SO WHY U ALL NOT BEEN SMART AND STOP OVER PRICING THE DONE OLD CLOTHES SMELLY CLOTHING..MOST PEOPLE STOP DONATING ESPECIALLY MY FAMILIES AND CHURCH FRIENDS U NOT BUYING STOCK SO LOW THE PRICE.HOW U GUYS PRICE HIGHER THAN the Store I bought the cloths and stuffs I donated ? Make no sense ,and why cnt they spray those funky stinky frosey cloths 🤢🤮and why can u stay way at the furniture and smell the 🚻 that’s a morgue smell🤮🤢😵💫💩

The prices here are pretty standard across the board as far as Goodwill goes. Occasionally, you’ll find a brand that they mark up just for the name, but otherwise it’s nothing crazy. There is always a nice selection of men’s clothes. Please please buy more shopping carts!

Clean store and well organized. Has the feel of a department store and not a thrift store. Quality items I always find. Staff is extra friendly. Thumbs up!

Slim to none when it comes to anything else but clothing, they seem to be obsessed with clothing and fill the entire store up with clothing. Whoever is in charge of pricing items is obviously missing the entire point of Goodwill, the exact same items at other stores would be significantly cheaper compared to this Deerfield location. Why would someone pay $35 for a Logitech mouse ? The price is $35 sealed brand spanking new from a retailer. I expect better from goodwill, and this location is giving a bad name to the company

Good selection of clothes including a larger than average men's section. Many new or near-new items, well cleaned and displayed.

In general it is very good, but the clothing sizes are mixed which makes the search very difficult.

I accidentally donated an item I did not mean to. Roughly 2 hours before close..am going to camp the store at open praying I can retrieve one or two of the items I donated. This was my first time ever donating, I left with so many questions and the employees act like they don't have a second of time to spare. If I don't get my stuff back I will never be donating here again

The store has raised prices on preowned items, focusing on profit over quality and customer satisfaction. Previously, you could buy a quality shirt for $4, but now they're priced at no less than $10. Dirty preowned shoes are selling for $18. They now use a third-party company to sell items online at higher prices, contributing to the store's high costs. Save your time and money by exploring other shopping options.

I am a thrift store aficionado. This literally might be one of the worst thrift stores I have ever been in. The selection is uninteresting, and the prices are absolutely outrageous, (so bad that I actually downloaded Yelp just to make this review after not using it for over a year). A small ashtray was $10. A cheap large poster that was framed was $150. I have never been so mad at a thrift store for being so greedy. I don't know why there's nothing of value on the shelves, no collectibles, nothing. I highly suspect these donations are gone through very well in the back and never make it out to the front. I am going to call corporate about this store as there should be fair and reasonable pricing on used items. I actually saw something that was marked a dollar from the store and they marked it $2.99. Come on you can do better than that. This store needs a new manager
